EDUCATION

Equivalent to Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a major course in electrical, mechanical, electronics
engineering, physics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

1) Experience in calibration of electrical/ mechanical measuring equipments.

2) Experience in product safety testing according to known international safety standards an advantage.

3) Advanced user of Excel and Word application tools.

4) Knowledge of the MET/CAL software an advantage.

JOB PURPOSE:
Maintenance and organization of calibration activities, monitoring and maintaining calibration intervals of measuring equipments,
performance of calibration internally of measuring equipments for TUV Rheinland Japan laboratories.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Perform calibration of measurement equipments which are calibrated internally for all the laboratories in TUV
Rheinland Japan following approved calibration procedures in the calibration lab.
2) Monitor and maintain calibration and maintenance intervals for measurement equipments.
3) Takes care of the processing for external calibration of measurements equipments by coordinating to external calibration
houses (securing quotation, arranging schedule for sending out and receiving equipments).
4) Maintain order and organize the calibration activities in the calibration laboratory.
5) Create calibration procedures and estimate uncertainty measurements for every equipment calibrated internally.
