 DISCLAIMER

1.Airports Security Force Housing Scheme (henceforth ASF-HS) is a project of Airports Security Force Foundation
(henceforth ASFF).
2.Persons in possession of this form will be considered applicants until they complete their registration with ASF-HS
as per instructions and Terms & Conditions mentioned in this form and the accompanying brochure.
3.Only registered persons shall be eligible for booking in upcoming projects of ASF-HS.
4.This Registration Form/Booking can only be used for registration Booking of Apartment in Arabian Vista only in the
name of an applicant who holds a valid CNIC/NICOP issued by the Govt. of Pakistan.
5.PKR 11,000/- paid by the applicant to procure this form and accompanying brochure is charged as processing fee
and is non-refundable.
6.This Registration Form consists of one part. A part is to be filled in by the applicant as per the instructions and
procedures laid out in the brochure and as per para (8) below. The form to be submitted in the bank alongwith PKR
11,000 (non-refundable).
7.Only ONE property type can be registered against ONE Registration Form. Registered Applicants for ASF Housing
Scheme can apply for Residential plot, house or apartment. For registration in more than one property, please follow
the procedure mentioned in the brochure.
8.All columns and entries (except those specified for official use by bank or ASF Housing Scheme) must be
completed in English and in BLOCK LETTERS. No entry is to be left blank. An incomplete Booking Form will not be
processed.
Payment Details
9.All payments are to be made in favour of 'ASF Arabian Vista' at designated bank branches. Both Cash & Bank
Draft/Pay Order will be accepted.
10.No applicant shall be entitled to claim or receive any interest / mark up against the amounts paid by him to ASF
Housing- Scheme.
11.The discount, if any formally announced by ASF Housing Scheme, will be made available to the relevant
registered member(s) or category of registered members only after a given discount-seeking registered member has
provided proof of his belonging to the category of persons pronounced as eligible for discount. Such proof shall be in
accordance with the identity & documentation requirements laid down by ASF-HS and the decision of ASF-HS shall
be final in the acceptance/rejection of such proof.
12.In case of any dispute between a registered member and ASF Housing Scheme, the dispute will be referred to
arbitration by an authorized officer of ASF Housing Scheme, whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties
to the dispute.
13.Every applicant will abide by these Terms and conditions in addition to the terms and procedures laid down in the
brochure, laws, rules and regulations governing allotment, possession, ownership, transfer of, enforced from time to
time by ASF Housing Scheme and any other Authority /Department competent to do so, in accordance with
applicable laws.
14.All correspondence to the allottee shall be mailed on the address mentioned in the application form. The ASFF
shall not be responsible for non-delivery of the letters. The allottee shall immediately communicate to the ASFF by
registered post about any change in his/her postal address.

ASF reserves the rights to reject or cancel any of the Application, without assigning any reason, on not meeting the terms
and conditions or due to any irregularity observed in the Registration process.
