If possible that the picture will not still be completed, members of the team will look for the missing

World-Class Artists.

The teacher will divide the class into four.
Each group will compose a song honouring the great Philippine contemporary artists that we have
discussed. You may write it in whichever language you prefer.
After 15 minutes, they will share it to the class.

G. Finding Practical Application of Concepts in Daily Living
Pretend that you are a student apprentice of Filipino art master. Who will your master be? How will
you show this master your appreciation for his or her works? How will you put into practice the things
that you have learned from her or him?
Try to create a masterpiece. It can be a painting, a dance, a drama, a movie, or whatever artistic
mind could picture. Your piece must reflect nationalism or promotion of a Filipino traditional art.
Present your masterpiece to the class. Then, share who your master is and how he or she has
helped you finish your masterpiece.

Guess what?
The teacher will call two students volunteer and ask the other one to guess what is the word written
on the paper. The student will just be given two minutes to guess the written word.

Now, let us go back to the examples of contemporary arts that we discussed, in a small group,
evaluate the elements ad principles of arts used in the different art forms. 15 minutes will be allotted
for each group.
E. Developing Mastery
Look inside your schoolbags and around the classroom for tools. In a piece of white paper, use
these tools in creating the elements of art. Create as many art elements and use as many tools as
possible. Do not forget to label the elements that youll be making.
F. Finding Practical Application of Concepts in Daily Living
Life is not complete without essence. Just like the various elements of arts, that the contemporary
arts needed, life is also comparable to this. In a few sentences write down the connection of the
elements of art in your life as grade 11 students.
