Improving CQI
Improving DL MCS
Improving CSFB
Advantage
1. For cell middle/edge Uses, the UL throughput will increase.
2. UL MCS will improve.
Disadvantage:
1. The uplink interference may increase about 0.5~1dB.
2. PUSCH power increase in some case which may increase UE Power consuming.
Indicates the selection ratio threshold for the function of lowering the modulation and coding scheme (MCS) index,
to increase the number of resource blocks (RBs) with priority for UEs running services with small packets.
Indicates the switch used to enable or disable the variable-step-based adjustment algorithm.
If this switch is turned on, the variable-step-based adjustment algorithm is enabled to accelerate the convergence of IBL
rapid adjustment at large steps is applied if there is a large difference between the measured IBLER and target IBLER; fine-tunin
applied if there is a small difference between the measured IBLER and target IBLER.
If this switch is turned off, the adjustment is performed at a fixed step.
