Executive Board Meeting

Call to order at 6:15 p.m. by Jeri Metcalf in the SRHS Community Room

Board Members in Attendance Jeri Metcalf, Russ Rosenthal, and Kimberly Branche

Absent Board Members Julie McCrimmon and Stephanie Neveu

Treasurer Report Ending balance $6,988.84; no income in or out

Old Business
Frys Reward Program will continue but sharing of reward with Sub-Booster will
discontinue, 100% to Main Booster due to lack of participation or enrollment
Arizona Smiles Program is not getting any participation

New Business/Update
Main Booster Page need updating

Next meeting is March 6 at 6:30p.m., meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.

Senior Breakfast
o May timeframe, donations needed to make senior breakfast a success boosters can
donate gift card, food items, monetary funds to go toward prizes
o Beth (Baseball Booster) will provide coupons and check on food donations
DECA Basket Donations
o Please contact Michelle, SRHS Admin for further details
Gatorade Rehydration
o Pepsic; opportunity for boosters to get additional drinks for team to remain
hydrated, must submit request
