Note: Details of Research, Academic Activities and Achievements and Extension Activities shall be

1. Ascertain performance score as per the points mentioned against each criterion.
2. Calculate each parameter score such as scores of Student feedback, Research, Academic
activities and Achievements and Extension Activities.
3. Multiply the parameter score with Weight assigned to each parameter. Ex. Student feedback X
weight (50).
4. Add the weighted parameter score of all three parameters.
5. Divide the total Weighted score by 19,500 (the maximum possible weighted score) and multiply
with 100 to get performance rate of the teacher.
