Agreement
Please read the following
important information
carefully before you go on
your installation.

The current "License

Agreement" is an
agreement established
legally between you and
"ZTE Corporation" in
respect of the software

product of "ZTE
Corporation", including the
written materials, relevant
medias and possibly the
on-line or electronic
documents. Once you have
installed, copied or used the
current software product by
any other means, it means
that you have accepted to be
bound by the clauses of the
"License Agreement"
hereof. Please don't use this

software product if you
choose not to agree with the
clauses of the "License
Agreement".

"ZTE Corporation" owns

the copyright of the software
product, and is protected by
the Copyright Law, the
Universal Copyright
Convention and the other
laws and rules of
intellectual property.

Therefore you are not
allowed to make copies of
the software and the
attached instruction manual
as well as other written
materials; nor make use of
any means to obtain and use
the electronic files of
program code, literal
materials, pictures, images,
music and sound etc. of the
software product.

The "software product" is
only for authorized use and
not for sales of copyright.

1. Limitations
You should keep all the
marks of copyright on the
copies of the software
product. You are not
allowed to carry out any
reverse engineering,
decompile or disassemble,
nor perform any

decomposition, analysis or
modification to the software
product, but except the case
when the above-mentioned
limitations are forbidden by
the applicable laws and
rules.You should observe all
the laws related to the use of
the software product.

2. Termination
If you fail to observe the
clauses and conditions of

the "License Agreement",
"ZTE Corporation" is
entitled to terminate the
"License Agreement" under
the condition of not
affecting any other rights
thereof. And you should
destroy all the copies of the
software product in due
time.

3. Copyright
All the proprietary right

and copyright related to the
software product hereof and
its copies belong to"ZTE
Corporation". The
proprietary right and the
intellectual right of the
contents and the
information accessed
through the software
product remain under the
proprietorship of their
corresponding owner of the
materials, and are protected

by the relevant Copyright
Law or the other intellectual
property laws and rules.
The "License Agreement"
doesn't constitute any
authorization to you to use
the content of such
materials.

4. No Indemnity
Responsibility for
Derivative Damage
To the maximum extent

permitted by the relevant
laws,"ZTE Corporation"and
its distributors shall not
undertake any indemnity
responsibility for any
special, derivative, direct or
indirect loss caused by the
use or the failure of use of
the software product hereof,
including but not limited to
the loss of operating profits,
business interruption, data
loss or any other tangible or

intangible loss thereof. The
provisions won't vary
because of your advanced
notification to "ZTE
Corporation"and its
distributors of the possible
occurrence of damage.

5. Legal Rights
Should any result be
caused due to your violation
of the agreement, "ZTE
Corporation"or its suppliers

shall reserve all the legal
rights thereof.
