ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, mendiskripsikan job insecurity, organizational


changes dan turnover intention karyawan kontrak di PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang
Depo Malang. Kedua mengetahui apakah job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap turnover intention karyawan kontrak. Ketiga mengetahui apakah job
insecurity dan organizational changes berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover
intention karyawan. Keempat mengetahui apakah organizational changes
memoderasi pengaruh signifikan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention
karyawan kontrak di PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Depo Malang. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Alat
analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rentang skala dan
moderated regression analysis (MRA).

Hasil analisis rentang skala job insecurity termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi,
organizational changes termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi dan turnover intention
termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menyatakan
job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil analisis
regresi linier berganda menyatakan job insecurity dan organizational changes
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil analisis MRA
menyatakan organizational changes memoderasi pengaruh signifikan job
insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan kontrak di PT. Arta Boga
Cemerlang Depo Malang.

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research are, first, is to describe job insecurity,


organizational changes, and turnover intention of temporary worker in PT Arta
Boga Cemerlang Depo Malang. Second, to know that is job insecurity gives
significant influences toward turnover intention of temporary worker. Third, to
know that is job security and organizational changes give significant influences
toward turnover intention of worker. Fourth, to know that is organizational
changes moderating significant influences of job insecurity toward turnover
intention of temporary worker in PT Arta Boga Cemerlang Depo Malang. The
technique of collecting data used interview, questioner, and documentation. The
analysis of this research used scale (range) and moderated regression analysis
(MRA).

The result of job insecurity scale (range) analysis included on high criteria,
organizational changes included high criteria, and turnover intention included
high criteria. The result of simple linear regression analysis shows that job
insecurity gives significant influences toward turnover intention. The result of
double linear regression analysis shows that job insecurity and organizational
changes give significant influences toward turnover intention. The result of MRA
shows that organizational changes moderating significant influences of job
insecurity toward turnover intention of temporary worker in PT Arta Boga
Cemerlang Depo Malang.
