Assalamo Alaikum, After This

Note: If someone thinks, I am wrong then I beseech in his/her honour to suggest me

keeping in view the Note 1 i.e. Number 33 to 36 which come before the ending of this
article.

I am Hardware Resident Engineer in the IT Department of Sindh High Court of Pakistan and my key
responsibilities are:
1-- To maintain and repair the hardware of computers, network related accessories.
2-- To install hardware and software of computer as well as network.
3-- Network Administrator / To administrate the intranet or say for internal network of computer in
the Sindh High Court, Circuit Court, Larkana, Sindh, Pakistan.

ALLAH SAYS:

48-‫المائدة‬5 ‫حكُم َبْينَهُم ِبمَا أَنزَلَ اللّ ُه وَ َل َتّتبِعْ َأهْوَاءهُ ْم عَمّا جَاءكَ مِنَ الْحَ ّق [سورة‬
ْ ‫ِ[فَا‬
1- “Judge among people by what ALLAAH has revealed, and follow not their (Ahwaa) desires,
diverging away from the truth that has come to you.” (Surah 5 Maaidah - 48)

‫المائدة‬5 ‫سقُونَ[سورة‬
ِ ‫اْلفَا‬ ..َ‫ الظّاِلمُون‬..‫حكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّ ُه فَأُ ْولَـئِكَ هُمُ اْلكَافِرُون‬
ْ َ‫] َومَن لّ ْم ي‬
2- “Those who do not judge or give decision by the law which ALLAAH has revealed then they are
kaffirs/NonMulsims, cruels and transgressors.” (Surah5 Maaidah-44, 45, 47)

FOLLOWING OF ALLAAH’S REVELATION IS ESSENTIAL AND FOLLOWING OF (AHWA) DESIRES IN

PLACE OF THE “REVEALED KNOWLEDGE” IS SHIRK OR POLYTHEISM

۞َ‫اّتِبعُوْا مَا أُنزِ َل إَِلْيكُم مّن ّرّبكُمْ وَ َل َتّتبِعُوْا مِن دُونِهِ َأوِْليَاء قَلِيلً مّا تَ َذكّرُون‬
[3-‫ العراف‬7 ‫]سورة‬
[3- "Follow that which has been revealed upon you from Allah and do not follow any other friends
besides
it, little do you recollect!" [Surah Araf-3]

َ‫وَإِنّ َكثِيا ّلُيضِلّونَ ِبَأهْوَائِهِم ِب َغيْرِ ِعلْ ٍم إِ ّن َربّكَ هُ َو َأعَْلمُ بِاْل ُم ْعتَدِين۞ وَ َذرُواْ ظَاهِرَ ا ِلثْ ِم َوبَا ِطَنهُ إِنّ الّذِين‬
ّ‫سبُونَ ا ِلثْ َم َسيُجْ َزوْنَ ِبمَا كَانُواْ َي ْقتَ ِرفُونَ۞وَ َل تَأْ ُكلُوْا مِمّا لَ ْم يُذْ َكرِ ا ْسمُ اللّ ِه عََليْ ِه وَِإنّهُ َل ِفسْقٌ َوإِن‬
ِ ‫َي ْك‬
 119 -‫النعام‬6 ‫]سورة‬ ۞َ‫شيَاطِيَ َليُوحُو َن إِلَى أَوِْليَآِئهِمْ ِليُجَادِلُوكُ ْم وَِإنْ َأ َط ْعتُمُوهُ ْم ِإّنكُمْ لَ ُمشْ ِركُون‬
ّ ‫ال‬to121]
4-“And surely many people lead astray others without “Knowledge” on the basis of their own
desires (Ahwa). Certainly your LORD knows best the transgressors. And leave open and secret sins.
Certainly, those who commit sin will get due recompense/reward for that which they used to
commit. And do not eat
on which ALLAAH’s name has not been taken, certainly doing so is Fisq (a sin and disobedience of
ALLAAH). Definitely Shayatin/devils put/inspire doubts in hearts of their friends so that they dispute
with you but if you obey them, you would certainly be Mushrik/Pagan.” [Surah6 Anaam-119 to 121]

28 ‫[سورة‬ ۞‫وَمَنْ َأضَلّ ِممّنِ اتَّبعَ َهوَاهُ بِغَيْرِ ُهدًى مّنَ اللّهِ إِنّ اللّهَ لَا َيهْدِي الْ َقوْمَ الظّاِلمِي‬
50-‫]القصص‬
5- “And who is more astray than one who follows his own (Ahwaa) desires, without (Revealed)
guidance from ALLAAH. Certainly ALLAAH does not guide the people who are cruels.”(Surah 28
Qasas-50) ]
6-“Now if after coming that knowledge towards you, you follow people’s (Ahwaa) desires then you
will not have any protector (Wali) or defender against ALLAAH.” (Surah 13 RaAd-37)
7-“Say certainly guidance of ALLAAH is the only guidance. And if you follow their (Ahwaa) desires
after what knowledge has come to you then neither there will be any protector (Wali) nor any
helper against ALLAAH (to save you). (Surah 2 Baqrah - 120)
8-“If you follow their (Ahwaa) desires, after what knowledge has come towards you then certainly
you will be counted among cruels.” (Surah 2 Baqrah – 145)

Holy Prophet Peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him says:

3 KINDS OF JUDGES: ONLY 1 JUDGE WILL GO TO PARADISE

َ‫عَنْ النِّبيّ صَلّى اللّهُ َعلَيْهِ َوسَّلمَ قَال‬-3084 ‫ كِتَاب اْلأَقْضَِيةِ بَاب فِي اْلقَاضِي يُ ْخطِئ‬/ ‫سنن أب داؤود‬
ّ‫حق‬
َ ْ‫الْ ُقضَاةُ ثَلَاَثةٌ وَا ِحدٌ فِي الْجَّنةِ وَاثْنَانِ فِي النّارِ فَأَمّا اّلذِي فِي الْجَّنةِ فَرَ ُجلٌ عَ َرفَ ال‬
‫حقّ فَجَارَ فِي الْحُ ْكمِ َف ُهوَ فِي النّارِ َورَ ُجلٌ َقضَى لِلنّاسِ عَلَى‬ َ ْ‫فَ َقضَى بِهِ َورَ ُجلٌ عَ َرفَ ال‬
‫ َج ْهلٍ َف ُهوَ فِي النّار‬-
9-ُ “There are three kinds of Judges and one will go to Paradise and two will go to hell fire.
I- The person who will go to Paradise is that who understands the HAQ (i.e. ISLAM/) and immediately
decide according to that.
II- The person who will go to hell fire is that who understands the HAQ (i.e. ISLAM/Law/Shariah) and
did cruelty in deciding.
III- The person will go to hell fire, who gives decision unknowingly among humans.”

What is HAQ? ALLAAH tells the meaning of “HAQ” in HIS final Message i.e. Holy Quran:
 2-‫ محمد‬47 ‫ ) سورة‬-ْ‫ح ّمدٍ َوهُوَ اْلحَقّ مِن رّبّ ِهم‬
َ ‫)نُ ّزلَ َعلَى ُم‬
“That which has been revealed upon Muhammad (peace and blessing of ALLAAH) is HAQ from the
Lord of People.” (Surah47 Muhammad-2)

It cleared from the above Ayah of Holy Quran that HAQ is only that which has been sent down to
Muhammad peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him. While which has not been sent down to
Muhammad peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him is not HAQ but that is opposite of HAQ.
And it is obvious that Islam has been sent down to Muhammad PBUH and absolutely ISLAM is only
HAQ.

ّ‫ َعنْ النِّبي‬-3083 ِ‫ كِتَاب الْأَ ْقضَِيةِ بَاب فِي َطَلبِ الْ َقضَاء‬/ ‫سنن أب داؤود‬
ٍ‫صلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ َوسَّلمَ قَالَ َمنْ جُ ِعلَ قَاضِيًا بَْينَ النّاسِ فَ َقدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْ ِر سِكّي‬

10- He who is made Judge among the people, then he is slaughtered without knife.
(Reported AbuDawood Kitb-ul-Qaza page 83 part 3 Nisaai Kubra: 5923, Sanad: Sahih)

ٍ‫َوقَدْ نَزّ َل عََلْيكُمْ فِي اْلكِتَابِ أَنْ إِذَا سَمِ ْعتُمْ آيَاتِ اللّ ِه ُيكَفَرُ بِهَا َوُيسْتَهْزَُأ بِهَا َفلَ تَقْعُدُواْ مَعَهُ ْم حَتّى َيخُوضُواْ فِي حَدِيث‬
۞‫م جَمِيعا‬ َ ّ‫َغيْرِهِ ِإّنكُمْ إِذا مّثْلُ ُهمْ إِنّ اللّ َه جَامِعُ الْ ُمنَافِ ِقيَ وَاْلكَافِرِينَ فِي جَ َهن‬
[140-‫ النساء‬4 ‫]سورة‬
11-"And it has already been revealed to you in the BOOK that when you hear the verses/sentences
of ALLAAH being denied and mocked at then sit not with them, until they engage in a
talk/conversation other than that; (but if you stayed with them) certainly in that case you would be
like them. Surely, ALLAAH will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers all together in hell." (Surah 4
Nisa - 140)

ِ‫ كِتَاب الطّلَاق‬/ ‫ سنن النسائي‬Bab6 ِ‫ أُخْبِرَ َرسُولُ اللّه‬-3347ِ‫الثّلَاثُ الْ َمجْمُو َعةُ َومَا فِيهِ ِمنْ الّتغْلِيظ‬
َ‫صلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ َوسَّلمَ َعنْ رَ ُجلٍ طَّلقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثَ َتطْلِيقَاتٍ َجمِيعًا فَقَامَ َغضْبَانًا ُثمّ قَال‬ َ
ُ‫َأيُلْ َعبُ بِكِتَابِ اللّهِ وَأَنَا َبْينَ َأ ْظهُرِ ُكمْ حَتّى قَامَ رَ ُجلٌ وَقَالَ يَا َرسُولَ اللّهِ َألَا أَقُْتلُه‬
12- Mahmood bin Lubaid (ALLAAH agreed with him) said, Prophet Muhammad PBUH was informed
that a person gave three divorce to his wife at a time (listenning this) immediately Prophet
PBUH stood up in rage then said:"Do you play with the BOOK of ALLAAH
and (still) I am among you." (Sunan Nasai KitabulTalaaq Bab 6 Hadis # 3401 Page # 134
Sanad: Sahih)

‫سلَ َن ْفسٌ ِبمَا َكسََبتْ َلْيسَ لَهَا مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَلِيّ َو َل‬ َ ‫خذُواْ دِينَ ُهمْ َلعِبا وَلَهْوا َوغَرّتْ ُهمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدّنْيَا وَ َذكّرْ بِهِ أَن تُْب‬
َ ‫وَذَرِ اّلذِينَ اّت‬
۞َ‫كفُرُون‬ْ َ‫َشفِيعٌ َوإِن َت ْعدِلْ ُكلّ َع ْدلٍ لّ يُ ْؤ َخذْ مِنْهَا أُوْلَـِئكَ اّلذِينَ أُْبسِلُواْ ِبمَا َكسَبُواْ لَ ُهمْ شَرَابٌ ّمنْ َحمِيمٍ َو َعذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ِبمَا كَانُواْ ي‬
70-‫النعام‬6 ‫]]سورة‬

13-"And leave alone those who take their DEEN/religion as play and amusement, and whom the life
of this world has deceived. But remind (them) with it (Holy QURAAN) least a person be given up to
destruction for that which he has earned, when he will find for himself no protector or intercessor
besides ALLAAH, and even if he offers very ransom, it will not be accepted from him. Such are they
who are given up to destruction because of that which they have earned. For them will be a drink of
boiling water and a painful torment because they used to disbelieve." (Surah 6 Anaam - 70)

72-‫الفرقان‬25 ‫ً]وَاّلذِينَ لَا َيشْ َهدُونَ الزّورَ َوإِذَا مَرّوا بِالّلغْوِ مَرّوا كِرَاما۞ [سورة‬

14-"And those who do not bear witness to falsehood, and if they pass by some absurd thing or
absurd talk, they pass by it with dignity." (Surah 25 Furqaan - 72)

۞ِ‫وَلَ تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى الِْثمِ وَالْ ُع ْدوَانِ وَاتّقُواْ اللّهَ ِإنّ اللّ َه َشدِيدُ الْعِقَاب‬--‫يَا أَّيهَا اّلذِينَ آمَنُوا‬
2-‫ المائدة‬5 ‫][سورة‬
15- “O you who believe! ----- do not help one another in sin and cruelty. And fear ALLAAH,
Indeed ALLAAH is severe in punishment." (Surah 5 Maaidah - 2)

Holy Prophet of ALLAAH (PBUH) says:

ِ‫حدُود‬
ُ ‫ كِتَاب اْل‬/ ‫صحيح باري‬
‫أُتِيَ النّبِيّ صَلّى اللّهُ عََليْهِ َوسَّلمَ بِرَ ُجلٍ َقدْ شَرِبَ قَا َل‬-6400ِ‫بَاب ال ّضرْبِ بِاْلجَرِيدِ وَالّنعَال‬
ِ‫اضْرِبُوهُ َفمِنّا الضّارِبُ ِبَيدِهِ وَالضّا ِربُ بِنَعْلِهِ وَالضّا ِربُ بَِثوْبِهِ َفَلمّا اْنصَ َرفَ قَالَ بَ ْعضُ الْ َقوْم‬
‫َأخْزَاكَ اللّهُ قَالَ لَا تَقُولُوا هَ َكذَا‬

ُ ‫كِتَاب اْل‬/ ‫ صحيح باري‬-6404 ‫لَا تُعِينُوا عَلَيْهِ الشّْيطَان‬

ِ‫حدُودِ بَاب مَا يُ ْكرَهُ مِنْ لَعْنِ شَارِب‬
َ‫اْلخَمْرِ وَإِنّهُ لَيْسَ ِبخَا ِرجٍ ِمنْ اْلمِلّةِ قَالَ َرسُولُ اللّهِ صَلّى اللّهُ عََليْهِ َوسَّلمَ لَا َتكُونُوا َع ْون‬
ْ‫الشّْيطَانِ عَلَى أَخِي ُكم‬
16- "A man who drank wine was brought to the Prophet. The Prophet ordered, 'Beat him!" "So some
of us beat him with our hands, and some with their shoes, and some with their garments (by
twisting it) like a lash, and then when we finished, (and) when that drunk had left, a man said to
him, "What is wrong with him? 'May ALLAAH disgrace him!' On that ALLAAH's Prophet said, 'Do not
say so, because you are helping Satan to overpower him (and PBUH also said) do
not help Satan against your brother."
[Sahih Bukhari Book 8 Volume 81 Hadis 768,772]

As every person of court is employed due to judge(s) i.e. from peon to Administrator
and they are directly or indirectly supporting/helping to judge(s).While almost, these
judges do not decide cases according to Holy Quran and Sahih Hadis of our beloved final
prophet Muhammad PBUH.
For instance no judge decides any theft or adulteration case according to fixed law of
ISLAM.
Hence in the light of above Aayahs of Holy Quran and Hadis of Muhammad PBUH i.e. 11,
12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 numbers, I consider myself that being a Hardware Resident
Engineer of Unislamic court, I am helping them directly so doing job in unislamic court is
to give help them which is extremely bad, so it must be avoided.

ِ‫صلّى ال ّلهُ عَ َل ْيه‬

َ ِ‫ قَالَ رَسُولُ ال ّله‬-3171 ِ‫الْعِنَبِ يُعْصَرُ لِ ْلخَمْر‬ ‫ ِكتَاب اْلأَ ْشرَِبةِ بَاب‬/ ‫سنن أب داؤود‬
‫ص َرهَا‬
ِ َ‫صرَهَا َو ُم ْعت‬
ِ ‫خ ْمرَ وَشَا ِرَبهَا وَسَا ِقَيهَا وَبَاِئ َعهَا َو ُم ْبتَا َعهَا َوعَا‬
َ ْ‫وَ َسلّمَ َلعَنَ ال ّلهُ ال‬
ِ‫حمُوَلةَ إَِل ْيه‬
ْ َ‫وَحَامِ َلهَا وَاْلم‬
17- “ALLAAH has cursed wine, its drinker, its server, its seller, its buyer, its presser, the one for
whom it is pressed, the one who conveys/carries it, and the one to whom it is conveyed/carried.”
[AbuDawud Kitab Al-Ashribah Book26 Hadith3666, IbneyMajah, Ahmed Sanad: Sahih- Baloogul
Amaani page 35 part 17]

18- “(If you) believe in ALLAAH and Day of Judgment then do not sit where wine is being drunk.”
[Nisaai Sanad: Sahih Taliqaat-ulAlbaani Alal Mishkaat part 2 page 1270]

ُ‫ َعنْ عَِليّ قَالَ صَنَ ْعت‬-3342 ‫ ِإذَا رَأَى الضّْيفُ ُمنْ َكرًا رَجَع‬56 ‫ كِتَاب اْلأَ ْطعِ َمةِ بَاب‬/ ‫سنن إبن ماجه‬
َ‫طَعَامًا َف َد َعوْتُ َرسُولَ اللّهِ صَلّى اللّهُ عََليْهِ َوسَّلمَ فَجَاءَ فَرَأَى فِي الْبَْيتِ َتصَاوِيرَ فَرَ َجع‬
and in other hadis words َ‫حقْ فَ ُقلْ لَهُ مَا رَجَ َعك‬ َ ْ‫فَقَاَلتْ فَا ِط َمةُ لِ َعلِيّ ال‬
ُ‫يََا َرسُولَ اللّهَِ وَقَالَ ِإنّ اْلمَلَائِ َكةَ لَا َتدْ ُخلُ َبيْتًا فِيهِ َتصَاوِير‬
19- “ALi (ALLAAH agreed with him) says, "Having prepared food, I invited Prophet (Peace & blessing
of ALLAAH be on him). Then Prophet (Peace & blessing of ALLAAH be on him) came at once and as
He (PBUH) saw pictures in curtain, he (PBUH) returned." Fatima (ALLAAH agreed with her) said to Ali
(AS), "You go and ask about his (PBUH) returning reason?" Prophet of ALLAAH (Peace & blessing of
ALLAAH be on him) said, "[I and] angels do not enter in that house where there
are pictures."

IbneyMajah Kitab-ul-Utma Ah Bab When see wrong then Return Vol 5 page 68 Chain reporters is
Correct/Sahih Bab 111}

In my knowledge, I do not know any country in the world where Islamic Law is enforced completely
but it is enforced partially.
Dear, do you know? In Pakistan, there is no law and order. Further more, here neither thief is given
punishment according to Holy Quran and Sunnah of Muhammad peace and blessing of ALLAAH be
upon him neither a person who does adulteration is punished according to Holy Quran and Sahih
Hadis. There in Pakistan, every justice takes oath according to Democracy. And infact, Democracy
is Hypocrisy. Because Holy Quran and Sahih Hadis reject Majority and says majority is
misleading. (Surah12 Yousif - 103, 106, Surah6 Anaam-116, Surah9 Tobah -25, surah7
Araaf – 3, Surah21 Ambiya-24, Surah30 Rum-30 and so on) while majority of this ummah will
also go to hell fire as Muhammad Peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him says:

َ ِ‫قَالَ رَ سُولُ اللّ ه‬-3974ِ‫افْتِرَا قِ الْأُمَ م‬17‫ ِكتَاب اْل ِفتَ نِ بَاب‬/ ‫سنن إبن ماجه‬
ُ‫صلّى اللّ ه‬
‫عَلَيْ هِ وَ سَّلمَ افْتَرَقَ تْ الَْيهُودُ عَلَى ِإ ْحدَى وَ سَبْعِيَ فِرَْقةً َفوَا ِحدَةٌ فِي الْجَّنةِ وَ سَبْعُونَ فِي‬
‫النّارِ وَافْتَرَقَ تْ النّ صَارَى عَلَى ثِْنتَيْ نِ وَ سَبْعِيَ فِرَْقةً َفإِ ْحدَى وَ سَبْعُونَ فِي النّارِ َووَا ِحدَةٌ فِي‬
ِ‫جّنة‬
َ ْ‫ح ّمدٍ ِبَيدِ هِ لَتَفْتَرَِقنّ أُمّتِي عَلَى ثَلَا ثٍ وَ سَبْعِيَ فِرَْقةً وَا ِحدَةٌ فِي ال‬
َ ُ‫الْجَّنةِ وَاّلذِي نَفْ سُ م‬
ُ‫جمَاعَة‬ َ ْ‫ـا رَســُولَ اللّهــِ مَنــْ هُمــْ قَالَ ال‬ ‫ـي النّارِ قِيلَ يَـ‬ ‫وَثِنْتَانــِ وَســَبْعُونَ فِـ‬
20 - ((Jews divided into seventy one parts, one (of them) went to paradise, & seventy went to hell-
fire. (While) Christians divided into seventy two parts, then one (of them went to paradise) and
seventy one went to hell-fire. By Allaah, in which hands is my soul! My Ummah shall be divided into
seventy three (73) parts, one of them will go to paradise and seventy two (72) will go to hell-fire)).
[Companions of Prophet Muhammad peace & blessing of Allaah be upon him] asked, “Who will be
they?”
Last Prophet of Islam & world, Muhammad (peace & blessing of Allaah be upon him) said: ((Al-
JamaaAt)). (Reported Abu Dauood and IbneyMajah Kitaab-ul-Fitan reported Auf bin Maalik, chain
of reporters is Sahih, Part 5, Page 471, 472, Berot Edition)

I am considering myself as Kafir/Non-Muslim due to unislamic court job. According to my knowledge

doing any job related to unislamic court is Kufur and Shirk as details comes under:

ALLAAH is only Law maker or Shariah maker

ّ‫َولَ تَقُولُواْ ِلمَا َتصِفُ َأْلسِنَتُ ُكمُ الْ َكذِبَ هَـذَا َحلَلٌ وَهَـذَا حَرَامٌ لّتَفْتَرُواْ عَلَى اللّ ِه الْكَذِبَ إِن‬
116-‫النحل‬16 ‫كذِبَ لَ يُفِْلحُون۞ ]سورة‬ َ ْ‫]اّلذِينَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى الّلهِ ال‬
21- “Do not say as with your tongues wrong judgments/verdicts that So as to invent lies against
ALLAAH. Certainly, those who invent lies against ALLAAH will never be successful.” (Surah 16
Nahl - 116)

‫َشرَعَ لَكُم مّنَ الدّينِ مَا َوصّى بِهِ نُوحا وَالّذِي َأوْحَيْنَا ِإلَيْكَ وَمَا َوصّيْنَا ِبهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَمُوسَى وَعِيسَى‬
ُ‫أَنْ َأقِيمُوا الدّينَ َولَا تَتَفَ ّرقُوا فِيهِ كَبُرَ عَلَى اْلمُشْ ِركِيَ مَا َتدْعُو ُهمْ ِإلَيْهِ اللّهُ َيجْتَبِي ِإلَيْهِ مَن َيشَاء‬
13-‫ الشورى‬42 ‫]وََيهْدِي ِإلَيْهِ مَن يُنِيب۞ ]سورة‬

22- “ALLAAH has ordained for you the same Deen which HE ordained for Nuh (PBUH), and that
which WE have revealed to you (O Muhammad PBUH), and that which WE ordained for Ibraahim
(PBUH), Musa (PBUH) and Isaa (PBUH) saying you establish DEEN and make no divisions in it.
Intolerable for the Mushriqeen, is that to which you (O MUHAMMAD PBUH) call them. ALLAAH
chooses for HIMSELF whom HE wills, and guides unto HIMSELF who turns to HIM in repentance.”
(Surah 42 Shora - 13)

ّ‫أَمْ لَ ُهمْ شُ َركَاء َشرَعُوا َلهُم مّنَ الدّينِ مَا َلمْ َيأْذَن بِهِ اللّهُ وََل ْولَا كَِلمَ ُة الْ َفصْلِ لَقُضِيَ بَيَْن ُهمْ وَإِن‬
21-‫ الشورى‬42 ‫]الظّاِلمِيَ َلهُمْ َعذَابٌ َألِيم۞ ]سورة‬
23- “Or have they partners with ALLAAH who have made for them DEEN/Shariah/Law which
ALLAAH has not ordained? And had it not been for a decisive Word (gone forth already), the matter
world have been judged between them. And really, for the Zaalimeen/ the cruel there is a painful
torment.” (Surah42 Shora - 21)

‫]سورة‬ ۞ ‫يَا أَّيهَا النّبِيّ لِمَ ُتحَرّمُ مَا َأحَلّ اللّهُ لَكَ تَبْتَغِي مَ ْرضَاتَ َأ ْزوَا ِجكَ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ رّحِيم‬
1-‫التحريم‬66]
24- “O Prophet (PBUH), why do you make Haram/invalid that which ALLAAH has made Halal/valid
to you.”
(Surah 66 Tahrim-1)

Though I certainly understand Lawmaker/Shariah maker to ALLAAH EXALTED only but yet I am
helping as well as supporting Unislamic court with respect to maintain all the hardware or
say for IT related accessories and with respect to administrate entire the network or intranet of
unislamic court. So I broke the law of ALLAAH and HIS final messenger of the worlds, Muhammad
peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him which is written above in sentences number 15 and
16.

ALLAAH (SWT) SAYS:

َ‫سهِمْ َحرَجا ّممّا َقضَْيت‬

ِ ‫جدُوْا فِي أَن ُف‬
ِ ‫فَلَ َورَبّكَ لَ ُيؤْمِنُونَ حَتّىَ ُيحَ ّكمُوكَ فِيمَا َشجَرَ بَيَْن ُهمْ ُثمّ لَ َي‬
65-‫النساء‬4 ‫]وَُيسَّلمُواْ َتسْلِيما۞ ]سورة‬
25- “(O prophet SAW!) No, by your LORD, they are not believers until they make you (O
Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance
(dislike, hindrance, refusal) against your decisions, and accept them with full submission
(agreement, obedience).” (Surah4 Nisa-65)

You might be aware that why were passed nations destroyed? Because they did injustice with the
poor or low category’s people and same is the condition here. While in Pakistan, mostly, no one is
punished according to Holy Quran and Sunnah of our most beloved, final prophet and leader of the
worlds, MUHAMMAD peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him. Islam means PEACE if there is no
Islam, there is no PEACE. In simple words, when there is violation of PEACE (i.e. Islam) then there
is no PEACE (i.e. No Islam or say for Un-Islam). That is why, in this world, there does not exist
peace, either on surface of the earth or on the water. AS ALLAAH (SWT) SAYS in HIS GLOURIOUS
QURAN:

۞‫جعُون‬
ِ ْ‫يَر‬ ْ‫َظهَرَ اْل َفسَادُ فِي الْبَرّ وَالَْبحْرِ ِبمَا َكسََبتْ أَْيدِي النّاسِ لُِيذِيقَهُم َب ْعضَ اّلذِي َع ِملُوا َلعَلّ ُهم‬
 [41-‫ الروم‬30 ‫]سورة‬

26- “Evil (Mischief/Corruption/sin/disobedience of ALLAAH, etc.) has appeared on land and sea
because of what the hands of persons have done (by oppression and evil deeds, etc.), that ALLAAH
make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return (from evil).”
(Surah30 Rum-41)

Even Only Interceding is Violating the Punishment of

ALLAAH

38-‫المائدة‬5 ‫]وَالسّارِقُ وَالسّا ِرقَةُ فَا ْقطَعُواْ أَْي ِديَ ُهمَا جَزَاء ِبمَا َكسَبَا نَكَالً ّمنَ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ۞ ]سورة‬
27- “As for the thief, cut off his or her hands, as a recompense/reward for that which
they committed, a punishment from Allah. And Allah is All-Powerful, All Wise. (Surah
MAAIDAH-38)

28- “The Quraish people became very worried about the Makhzumiya lady who had committed
theft. They said, "Nobody can speak (in favor of the lady) to Allah's Apostle and nobody dares do
that except Usama who is the favorite of Allah's Apostle.” When Usama spoke to Allah's Apostle
about that matter, Allah's Apostle said, "Do you intercede (with me) to violate one of the legal
punishment of Allah?" Then he got up and addressed the people, saying, " O people! The
nations before you went astray because if a noble person committed
theft, they used to leave him, but if a weak person among them
committed theft, they used to inflict the legal punishment on him. By Allah,
if Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad (PBUH) committed theft, Muhammad will cut off her hand!"

29-“A'isha, the wife of Allah's Apostle (peace & blessing of ALLAAH be upon him), reported that the
Quraish were concerned about the woman who had committed theft during the lifetime of Allah's
Apostle (peace & blessing of ALLAAH be upon him), in the expedition of Victory (of Mecca ). They
said: Who would speak to Allah's Messenger (peace & blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) about her?
They (again) said: Who can dare do this but Usama b Zaid, the loved one of Allah's Messenger
(peace & blessing of ALLAAH be upon him)? She was brought to Allah's Messenger (peace &
blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) and Usama b. Zaid spoke about her to him (interceded on her
behalf). The colour of the face of Allah's Messenger (peace & blessing of ALLAAH be upon him)
changed, and he said: Do you intercede in one of the prescribed punishments of Allah? He (Usama
Razi ALLAAH Anuh) said: 'Messenger of Allah, seek forgiveness for me. When it was dusk. Allah's
Messenger (peace & blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) stood up and gave an address. He (first)
glorified Allah as He deserves, and then said: Now to our topic. This (injustice) destroyed
those before you that when any one of (high) rank committed theft
among them, they spared him, and when any weak one among them
committed theft, they inflicted the prescribed punishment upon him. By
Him in Whose Hand is my life, even if Fatima daughter of Muhammad
were to commit theft, I would have cut off her hand. He (the Holy Prophet PBUH)
then commanded about that woman who had committed theft, and her hand was cut off. 'A'isha
(further) said: Hers was a good repentance, and she later on married and used to come to me after
that, and I conveyed her needs (and problems) to Allah's Messenger (peace & blessing of ALLAAH
be upon him).” [Sahih Muslim Book 17 Hadis 4188]

The murderer must be murdered

30- “During the lifetime of Allah's Apostle PBUH a Jew attacked a girl and took some silver
ornaments she was wearing and crushed her head. Her relative brought her to the Prophet PBUH
while she was in her last breaths, and she was unable to speak. Allah's Apostle asked her, "Who has
hit you? So-and so?” mentioning somebody other than her murderer. She moved her head,
indicating denial. The Prophet PBUH mentioned another person other than the murderer, and she
again moved her head indicating denial. Then he asked, "Was it so-and-so?” mentioning the name
of her killer. She nodded, agreeing. Then Allah's Apostle; ordered that the head of that Jew be
crushed between two stones. [Sahih Bukhari Book 7 Volume 63 Hadith 216 and Sahih Muslim
Book 16: Hadith 4138]

In Pakistan, mostly all departments are corrupt and there is extremely hard to get any job in the
present condition of Pakistan. Especially with respect to Job, this country is going to very back.
Being aware, this is not the matter to do Haram/invalid job. I know my ALLAAH shall give me
another job or Halal/valid Livelihood, InsahaALLAAH. Only there is need of patience and complete
trust in almighty ALLAAH, as Holy QURAAN says,

ALLAAH ALONE IS PROVIDER OF LIVELIHOOD

ً۞‫لخِرِ وَمَن َي ّتقِ الَّ َيجْعَل لّهُ َمخْرَجا‬ ْ ‫مَن كَانَ يُؤْ ِمنُ بِالِّ وَا ْليَوْمِ ا‬
ّ‫سبُ وَمَن يََتوَكّلْ عَلَى اللّ ِه َف ُهوَ َحسْبُهُ إِنّ اللّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِ ِه َقدْ جَعَلَ اللّهُ لِكُل‬ ِ ‫وَيَ ْر ُزقْهُ مِنْ حَْيثُ لَا َيحَْت‬
2,3-‫ الطلق‬65 ‫ي ٍء َقدْرا۞ ] سورة‬ ْ َ‫]ش‬
31- "Who believes in ALLAAH and the last day, and whosoever fears ALLAAH & keep his duty to
HIM, HE will make for him to get out (from every difficulty).And HE will provide him from (sources)
he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in ALLAAH, then HE will suffice him." (Surah
65 Talaaq - 2, 3)

Holy Prophet peace & blessing of ALLAAH be upon him says:

32- “Do not do shirk with ALLAAH even though you are murdered or burned.” (Tibrani Reported
by
MaAaz ALLAAH agreed with him Sanad: Sahih)

Conclusion: And I have greatly firm belief and trust in my most admirable LORD, ALLAAH the
exalted. And keeping above facts and figures in front of me, I have reached on this decision to leave
job of unislamic
Court.
Note 1: If someone thinks, I am wrong in leaving the job of Unislamic Court then I beseech in
his/her honour to suggest me keeping in view the following sentences of Holy QURAN and Holy
Prophet PBUH:

‫يَا أَيّهَا الّذِينَ آ َمنُواْ أَطِيعُوْا اللّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ ال ّرسُو َل وَأُ ْولِي الَمْرِ مِنكُمْ فَإِن َتنَازَ ْعتُمْ فِي َشيْءٍ َفرُدّوهُ ِإلَى اللّ ِه وَال ّرسُولِ إِن‬
59-‫حسَنُ تَأْوِيلً۞ [سورةالنساء‬ ْ ‫]كُنُتمْ تُؤْ ِمنُونَ بِاللّ ِه وَاْليَوْ ِم الخِرِ ذَِلكَ َخيْ ٌر وََأ‬
33- “O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you
(Muslims) who are Oolil Amre. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah
(i.e. Holy Quran) and HIS Messenger (SAW) (i.e. Hadis of Muhammad PBUH), if you believe in
Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination.” (Surah4 Nisa-
59)

۞‫م جَمِيعا‬ َ ّ‫َغيْرِهِ ِإّنكُمْ إِذا مّثْلُ ُهمْ إِنّ اللّ َه جَامِعُ الْ ُمنَافِ ِقيَ وَاْلكَافِرِينَ فِي جَ َهن‬
[140-‫ النساء‬4 ‫]سورة‬
34- "And it has already been revealed to you in the BOOK that when you hear the
verses/sentences of ALLAAH being denied and mocked at then sit not with them, until they engage
in a talk/conversation other than that; (but if you stayed with them) certainly in that case you would
be like them. Surely, ALLAAH will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers all together in hell."
(Surah 4 Nisa - 140)

َ‫صلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ َوسَّلمَ َعنْ رَ ُجلٍ طَّلقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثَ َتطْلِيقَاتٍ َجمِيعًا فَقَامَ َغضْبَانًا ُثمّ قَال‬ َ
ُ‫َأيُلْ َعبُ بِكِتَابِ اللّهِ وَأَنَا َبْينَ َأ ْظهُرِ ُكمْ حَتّى قَامَ رَ ُجلٌ وَقَالَ يَا َرسُولَ اللّهِ َألَا أَقُْتلُه‬
36- “Mahmood bin Lubaid (ALLAAH agreed with him) said, Prophet Muhammad PBUH was informed
that a person gave three divorces to his wife at a time (listening this) immediately Prophet
PBUH stood up in rage then said:"Do you play with the BOOK of ALLAAH
and (still) I am in front of you." (Sunan Nasai KitabulTalaaq Bab 6 Hadis # 3401 Page #
134 Sanad: Sahih)
 I resigned from the job on Thursday, June 12, 2008. Due to Request of Mr. Wasim Khan Soomro,
Software Resident Engineer, my last day will be June 14, 2008, as he is going to have leave on
Saturday.
Islam is name of Holy Quran and Hadis of Prophet of World, Muhammad peace & blessing of

NO EXCUSE/EXPLANATION/JUSTIFICATION/REASON IS USEFUL WHEN SOME THING IS

INVALID/HARAM/FORBIDDEN

37- According to Holy Quran, only those people will survive from the torment of almighty ALLAAH
who forbad from wrong doing or sin to those who are crossing limitation(s) by producing any excuse
for doing prohibited action. (Surah2 Baqrah-65 and Surah7 Al-Araaf-163 to 166)

38- “Once 'Umar (ALLAAH agreed with him) was informed that a certain man sold alcohol. 'Umar
said, "May ALLAAH curse him! Doesn't he know that ALLAAH's Apostle said, 'May ALLAAH curse the
Jews, because ALLAAH had forbidden them to eat the fat of animals but they melted it and sold it."
[Sahih Bukhari Book 4 Hadis 426]

39- Narrated Ibn Umar: “When the Prophet (peace be upon him) passed by Al-Hijr, he said, "Do not
enter the dwelling places of those people who were unjust to themselves unless you enter in a
weeping state lest the same calamity/tragedy as of theirs should befall you." Then he covered his
head and made his speed fast till he crossed the valley. [Sahih Bukhari Book 5Volume 59 Hadis
703]

40- “Abdullah bin 'Umar (ALLAAH agreed with him) reported that the people encamped along with
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) in the valley of Hijr, the habitations of Thamud, and they
quenched their thirst from the wells thereof and kneaded the flour with it. Thereupon Allah's
Messenger (peace be upon him) commanded that the water collected for drinking should be spilt
and the flour should be given to the camels and commanded them that the water for drinking
should be taken from that well where the she-camel (of Prophet Salih Peace & blessing of ALLAAH
be upon him) used to come.” [Sahih Muslim Book 42 Hadis 7105]

41- Nu'man b. Bashir (Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard Allah's Messenger (Peace &
blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) as having said this (and Nu'man) pointed towards his ears with his
fingers): “Both Halal/valid and Haram/invalid/forbidden are clear, and in between them are the
things or matters doubtful which many people do not know. So he who guards against doubtful
things keeps his religion and honour blameless, and he who indulges in doubtful things indulges in
fact in unlawful things, just as a shepherd who pastures his animals round a preserve will soon
pasture them in it. Beware, every king has a preserve, and the things ALLAAH has declared
unlawful are HIS preserves. Beware, in the body there is a piece of flesh; if it is sound, the whole
body is sound and if it is corrupt the whole body is corrupt, and hearken/listen it is the heart.”

ٍ‫ َعنْ الّنعْمَانِ ْبنِ بَشِي‬-1909ٌ‫اْلحَلَالُ َبيّنٌ وَاْلحَرَامُ بَّينٌ َوبَْينَهُمَا مُشَّبهَات‬2 ‫ كِتَاب الْبُيُوعِ بَاب‬/ ‫صحيح باري‬
َ‫حرَامُ بَّينٌ َوَبيْنَهُمَا ُأمُورٌ مُشَْتبِ َهةٌ فَ َمنْ تَرَكَ مَا ُشبّه‬
َ ْ‫َرضِيَ الّلهُ َعْنهُ قَالَ قَالَ الّنبِيّ صَلّى الّلهُ عََلْيهِ َوسَلّمَ اْلحَلَالُ بَّينٌ وَال‬
‫شكّ فِيهِ ِمنْ الِْإثْمِ َأ ْو َشكَ َأنْ يُوَاقِعَ مَا ا ْستَبَانَ وَالْ َمعَاصِي‬ ُ َ‫َعَلْيهِ ِمنْ الْإِثْمِ كَانَ لِمَا اسَْتبَانَ َأْترَكَ َو َمنْ ا ْجَترَأَ َعلَى مَا ي‬
ُ‫حِمَى الّلهِ َمنْ َي ْرتَعْ حَ ْولَ اْلحِمَى يُو ِشكُ َأنْ يُوَاِق َعه‬
42- “The Prophet (Peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) said "Both Halal/legal and
Haram/Invalid things/matter are clear, and in between them are doubtful thins/matters. So
whoever forsakes/deserts/leaves those doubtful things/matters lest he may commit a sin, will
definitely avoid what is clearly Haram/ illegal/invalid; and whoever indulges in these doubtful
things/matter bravely, is likely to commit what is clearly illegal/Haram. Sins are Allah's Hima (i.e.
private pasture) and whoever pastures (his sheep) near it, is likely to get in/join/enter it at any
moment." [Sahih Bukhari Book 3, Vol 34, Hadis 267]

َ‫ َعنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ َح ْربٍ قَالَ سَ ِمعْتُ الّنعْمَانَ َيخْ ُطبُ قَال‬-5267 ‫ كِتَاب الزّ ْهدِ وَالرّقَائِق‬/ ‫صحيح مسلم‬
ُ‫صلّى الّلهُ َعَليْهِ َوسَلّمَ َي َظلّ الْيَ ْومَ يَ ْلتَوِي مَا َيجِد‬
َ ِ‫ذَ َكرَعُ َم ُرمَا َأصَابَ النّاسُ ِمنْ ال ّدْنيَا َفقَالَ َلقَدْ رََأْيتُ رَسُولَ الّله‬
-‫ َومَا َترْضَ ْونَ دُونَ َألْوَانِ التّمْر‬-5266ِ‫دََقلًا يَمَْلأُ ِبهِ َبطَْنهُ َوزَادَ فِي حَدِيث‬
43- “Simak S/O Harb reported: I heard Nu'man deliver an address in which he said that Umar
(ALLAAH agreed with him) made a mention of what had fallen to the lot of people out of the
material world and he said: I saw Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) spend the whole day
being upset because of hunger and he could not get even an interior quality of dates with which he
could fill his belly. [Sahih Muslim Book 42: Hadis
7101]

‫ مَا يُتَنَ ّزهُ مِنْ الشُّبهَات‬4 ‫ ِكتَاب اْلبُيُوعِ بَاب‬/‫صحيح باري‬

ِ‫َوسَ ّلمَ قَالَ أَ ِجدُ تَمْ َرةً سَا ِقطَةً عَلَى فِرَاشِي‬
44- “The Prophet MUHAMMAD (Peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) passed by a fallen date
and said, "Were it not for my doubt that this might have been given in charity, I would have eaten
it." Prophet (Peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) said, "I found a date-fruit fallen on my

‫َلأَْنقَِلبُ ِإلَى َأهْلِي َفأَ ِجدُ التّمْرَةَ سَاِق َطةً عَلَى ِفرَاشِي َفَأرَْفعُهَا لِآكَُلهَا ثُمّ أَخْشَى َأنْ تَكُونَ صَدََقةً َفُأْلقِيهَا‬
45- “The Prophet (Peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) passed a date fallen on the way
and said, "Were I not afraid that it may be from a Sadaqa (charitable gifts), I would have eaten it."
The Prophet (Peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) said, "Sometimes when I return home and
find a date fallen on my bed, I pick it up in order to eat it, but I fear that it might be from a Sadaqa,
so I throw it." [Sahih Bukhari Book 3, Vol 42, Hadis 612]

DIFFERENTIATION OF HALAL/VALID OR HARAM/INVALID IS MOSTLY ENDED

The Prophet (Peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him) said,

46- "A time will come upon human beings when person will not care how he/she gains/earns one's
money, legally or illegally (i.e. Distinguishment between Halal/valid and Haram/invalid will be
ended)." [Sahih Bukhari Book3, Vol: 34, Hadis 275]

RESULT OF THAT PERSON WHO CONCEAL OR HIDE ABOUT WHICH HE/SHE IS ASKED?

‫إِنّ اّلذِينَ يَكُْتمُونَ مَا أَنزَْلنَا ِمنَ الْبَيّنَاتِ وَالْ ُهدَى مِن َب ْعدِ مَا بَيّنّاهُ لِلنّاسِ فِي الْكِتَابِ أُولَـِئكَ يَلعَنُ ُهمُ اللّهُ وََي ْلعَنُ ُهمُ اللّاعِنُون ۞ ]سورة‬
159-‫ البقرة‬2]
ALLAAH says in the Holy Quran:
47-"Definitely, those who conceal the clear proofs, and the guidance, which WE have sent down,
after WE have made it clear for the people in the Book, they are the ones cursed by ALLAAH and
cursed by the cursers."
(Surah 2 Baqrah - 159)
While our beloved Prophet Muhammad peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him says:

48- "He who is asked about knowledge he knows and conceals it will have a bridle of fire put on
him on the Day of Resurrection." (AbuDaud Book 25, Hadis 3650, Kitab Al-Ilm, Ahmed, Tirmizi and
Sanad is Sahih, Taliqaat-ulAlbaani Alal Mishkaat part 1 page 77)

Respected ALI (Alaih Salam) says that Muhammad PBUH said:
49- "Good deeds will be easy for them who are lucky, while bad deeds will be easy for them who
are unlucky."
(Sahih Bukhari Kitaab-ul-JanaaIz Bab 866 Part 1, Page 589)

ALLAAH SAYS IN HIS GLORIOUS QURAN:

78-‫الزخرف‬43 ‫)َل َقدْ جِئْنَاكُم بِاْل َحقّ وَلَ ِكنّ َأكْثَ َر ُكمْ ِللْ َحقّ كَا ِرهُون۞ )سورة‬

50- “Certainly WE have brought the HAQ (i.e. Muhammad SAW with the Shariah/DEEN/Law), to
you, but most of you hate/dislike HAQ.” (Surah43Zukhruf)

79-‫المائدة‬5 ‫]كَانُواْ لَ يََتنَاهَوْنَ عَن مّنكَرٍ َف َعلُوهُ لَِبْئسَ مَا كَانُواْ َي ْفعَلُون۞]سورة‬

51-”They used not to forbid one another from the Munkar (wrong, evildoing, sins, polytheism,
disbelief, etc.) which they committed. Those actions they used to do were extremely bad.”
[Surah5 Maaidah-79]

63-‫المائدة‬5 ‫كَانُواْ َيصْنَعُون ۞]سورة‬ ‫حتَ َلبِْئسَ مَا‬

ْ‫س‬ّ ‫]لَ ْولَ يَنْهَا ُهمُ الرّبّانِيّونَ وَالَحْبَارُ عَن قَوْلِ ِهمُ الِْثمَ َوَأكْلِ ِهمُ ال‬
52- “Why do not the scholars and priests/elders forbid people from evil speaking and from
Haram/illicit eating? Those actions which they have been doing really very bad.” [Surah5
Maaidah-63]

ُ‫ َعنْ الّنبِيّ صَلّى الّله‬-6897 َ‫شْبرٍ َو ِذرَاعًا بِ ِذرَاعٍ َفقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ الّلهِ َكفَارِسَ وَالرّومِ َفقَالَ َو َمنْ النّاسُ ِإلّا أُوَلِئك‬

‫ضبّ تَِبعْتُمُو ُهمْ ُق ْلنَا يَا‬

ْ ‫َعَلْيهِ َوسَلّمَ قَالَ َلَتتَْبعُنّ َسَننَ َمنْ كَانَ َقبْلَكُمْ ِشبْرًا ِشبْرًا َو ِذرَاعًا بِ ِذرَاعٍ َحتّى لَوْ دَخَلُوا ُج‬
ْ‫رَسُولَ الّلهِ اْليَهُودُ وَالنّصَارَى قَالَ فَ َمن‬-
The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said:
53- “The Final Hour will not come until my followers copy the deeds of the previous nations and
follow them very closely, span by span, and cubit by cubit (inch by inch). We asked, "O Allah's
Apostle! (Do you mean) the Jews, Christians, Persians and the Byzantines?" He said, "Whom else?"
(SAHIH Bukhaary Kitaab-ul-Ietisaam Part: 3 Page: 937, Sahih Bukhari Book 9, Vol 92, Hadis 421,
422)

ُ‫قَالَ َرسُول‬ -3494ِ ‫ فِي ُلبْسِ الشّ ْهرَة‬5 ‫ كِتَاب اللّبَاسِ بَاب‬/ ‫سنن أب داؤود‬
ْ‫الّلهِ صَلّى الّلهُ عََلْيهِ َوسَلّمَ َمنْ تَشَّبهَ ِبقَ ْومٍ فَ ُهوَ ِمنْهُم‬
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaaho Alaihe Wasallam) issued a stern warning:

54-"Whoever imitates a nation is one of them!" (Reported by Ahmed, AbuDaud Kitaab-ul- Libaas
Part: 3 Page: 241, Mishkaat Part: 2 Page: 329, Sanad: Sahih, Buloogh-ul-Amaani Part: 6 Page: 121)
 َ ‫لَا َتقُومُ السّا َعةُ َحتّى تَ ْعبُدَ دَوْسٌ ذَا اْلخََل‬17 ‫ كِتَاب الْفَِتنِ َوأَشْرَاطِ السّاعَةِ بَاب‬/ ‫صحيح مسلم‬
ِ‫صة‬
‫صلّى الّلهُ َعَلْيهِ َوسَلّمَ َيقُول َُفَيبْقَى َمنْ لَا َخْيرَ فِيهِ َفَيرْ ِجعُونَ ِإلَى دِينِ آبَائِهِم‬
َ ِ‫ سَ ِم ْعتُ رَسُولَ الّله‬-5152-
55-The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said:
Only those people will survive (near the end of times), there will be no goodness in them and they
will return to
Deen/religion of their forefathers/ancestors. [Sahih Muslim Book 41, Hadis 6945, Part 6, Page 438]

Note: Dean means way of life, way of passing life.

Prophet Muhammad peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon said:

56- “ALLAAH keep that person prosperous/happy/fresh who listens Hadis from me and then spread
it as it as he listened from me, because it happens usually that whom Hadis is told, that one keeps
Hadis more protected than its propagator.” (Reported Ibn-e-Habaan Part 1, Page 236 and Sunan
Tirmizi Kitab-ul-Ilm Part 2, Page 232 Sanad: Hasan)

ALLAAH SAYS IN HOLY QURAN:

29-‫الكهف‬18 ‫] َوُقلِ اْلحَقّ مِن رّبّ ُكمْ َفمَن شَاء َفلْيُ ْؤمِن َومَن شَاء فَلْيَ ْكفُرْ۞]سورة‬
57- “And say: "The HAQ has (come) from your Lord." Then whosoever wills, let him believe, and
whosoever wills, let him disbelieve.” [Surah18 Kahf-29]

‫كَفُورا ۞ إِنّا َأعَْتدْنَا ِللْكَافِرِينَ َسلَا ِسلَا َوَأ ْغلَالً وَ َسعِيا‬ ‫سبِيلَ ِإمّا شَاكِرا وَإِمّا‬
ّ ‫۞ ِإنّا هَ َدْينَاهُ ال‬
[3,4-‫ النسان‬76 ‫]سورة‬
58- “Certainly, WE showed person the way, whether he be grateful or ungrateful.” (Surah76
Insaan-3, 4)

209-‫البقرة‬2 ‫]فَإِن زََللُْتمْ مّن َب ْعدِ مَا جَاءتْ ُكمُ اْلبَيّنَاتُ فَا ْعَلمُواْ أَنّ اللّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ۞ ]سورة‬
59-“Then if you turn away from (the right Path) after getting open proofs (i.e. ISLAM) so you
understand (clearly) that ALLAAH is ALL-Mighty (you yourselves can not save from ALLAAH) and HE
is All-Wise (so delay in punishment is due to HIS wisdom).” (Surah2 Baqrah-209)

54-‫غافر‬40 ‫] ُهدًى وَ ِذكْرَى لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَاب ۞ ]سورة‬

60- “A guide and a reminder for men of understanding.” (Surah40Gaafir-53)
21-‫الزمر‬39 ‫]إِنّ فِي ذَِلكَ َل ِذكْرَى لُِأوْلِي الْأَلْبَاب۞ ]سورة‬
61- “Certainly, in this, is a Reminder for men of understanding.” [Surah39 Zumur- 21]
28-‫هود‬11 ‫كَارِهُونَ ۞]سورة‬ ‫]َأُن ْلزِمُ ُكمُوهَا وَأَنتُمْ َلهَا‬
62- “Shall we compel you to accept it (i.e. HAQ) when you have a strong hate for it (i.e.
HAQ)?”(Surah11 Hud - 28)

33-‫الزمر‬39 ‫صدّقَ بِهِ أُوْلَِئكَ ُهمُ اْلمُّتقُونَ۞ ]سورة‬

ّ ‫]وَاّلذِي جَاء بِال‬

64- “He who brings the Truth and he who confirms (and supports) it, those are Al- Muttaqoon (the
pious and righteous persons - see V.2:2).” [Surah39Zumur-33]

Hazrat ALI (Alaihe Salam) says that Muhammad Peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him says:

49- "Good actions will be easy for them who are lucky,
while bad actions will be easy for them who are
unlucky."
(Sahih Bukhari Kitaab-ul-JanaaIz Bab 866 Part 1, Page 589 and Study Surah92 Al-Lail-
5 to 10)

11-‫الرعد‬13 ‫]إِنّ اللّهَ لَ ُيغَيّرُ مَا ِبقَ ْومٍ حَتّى ُيغَيّرُواْ مَا ِبأَْنفُسِ ِهمْ۞ ]سورة‬
65- “Really ALLAAH will never change the condition of a people until they change it
themselves.”(Surah31 RaAd-11)

DON’T BE WITNESS ON CRUELTY. JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

ِ‫شهِدَ النّبِيّ صَلّى الُّ عَلَ ْيه‬ ْ ‫ت َل أَرْضَى حَتّى ُت‬ ْ َ‫ن مَا ِلهِ ُثمّ بَدَا َلهُ َفوَهَ َبهَا لِي َفقَال‬
ْ ِ‫ت ُأمّي أَبِي َبعْضَ ا ْل َموْهِ َبةِ لِي م‬ ْ َ‫سَأَل‬
ِ‫حةَ سَأَلَتْنِي َبعْضَ ا ْل َموْهِ َبة‬َ ‫ن ُأ ّمهُ بِنْتَ َروَا‬
ّ ِ‫صلّى الُّ عَلَ ْي ِه َوسَّلمَ َفقَا َل إ‬َ ّ‫لمٌ فَأَتَى بِيَ النّبِي‬ َ ُ‫َوسَّلمَ فَ َأخَذَ بِيَدِي َوأَنَا غ‬
‫علَى‬َ ُ‫شهَد‬ْ ‫ي َل َأ‬ّ ِ‫شعْب‬ّ ‫ن ال‬ْ َ‫حرِيزٍ ع‬ َ ‫جوْرٍ وَقَا َل أَبُو‬ َ ‫علَى‬ َ ‫شهِدْنِي‬ ْ ‫سوَاهُ قَالَ َن َعمْ قَالَ فَأُرَاهُ قَالَ لَ ُت‬ ِ ‫ك وَلَ ٌد‬
َ َ‫ِلهَذَا قَا َل أَل‬
ٍ‫جوْر‬َ

66-Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir:

My mother asked my father to present me a gift from his property; and he gave it to me after some
hesitation. My mother said that she would not be satisfied unless the Prophet (PBUH) was made a
witness to it. I being a young boy, my father held me by the hand and took me to the Prophet PBUH.
He said to the Prophet (PBUH), "His mother, bint Rawaha, requested me to give this boy a gift." The
Prophet (PBUH) said, "Do you have other sons besides him?" He said, "Yes." The Prophet said, "Do
not make me a witness for injustice." Narrated Ash-Shabi that the Prophet (PBUH) said,"I will not
become a witness for injustice."(Sahih Bukhari Book 3, Vol 48, Hadis 818)

َ‫علَيْ ِه وَسَلّ َم أَفَ َعلْتَ َهذَا ِبوََل ِدك‬
َ ُّ‫صلّى ال‬َ ِّ‫ل ال‬ ُ ‫ل لَهُ رَسُو‬ َ ‫صدَقَتِي فَقَا‬
َ ‫علَى‬ َ ُ‫لِيُشْ ِه َده‬
َ‫لدِكُمْ َفرَجَ َع أَبِي فَ َردّ ِت ْلكَ الصّدَقَة‬
َ ْ‫ُكلّ ِهمْ قَالَ لَ قَالَ اتّقُوا الَّ وَاعْ ِدلُوا فِي َأو‬
Nu'man b. Bashir reported: My father donated to me some of his property. My mother Amra bint
Rawaha said: I shall not be pleased (with this act) until you make Allah's Messenger (PBUH) a
witness to it. My father went to Allah's Apostle (PBUH) in order to make him the witness of the
donation given to me. Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said to him: Have you done the same
with every son of yours? He said: No. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Fear Allah, and observe
equity in case of your children. My father returned and got back the gift. (Sahih Muslim Book 12,
Hadis 3956)

What would be the more cruelty then this, that being aware that no one in these courts is deciding
any case of

theft or adulteration to Islamic Law? Is not this against the sentences of Holy QURAN and Sunnah
of

Muhammad peace and blessing of ALLAAH be upon him which stated in this article earlier i.e. from
11 to 15?

Kindly ponder again and again, let’s think better for ourselves lest we may be catch any calamity
from ALLAAH.

As ALLLAAH says in HIS GLORIOUS QURAN:

۞ٌ‫رهِ أَن تُصِيبَهُمْ ِف ْتنَ ٌةأَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ َألِيم‬

ِ ْ‫عنْ أَم‬
َ َ‫َف ْل َيحْذَ ِر الّذِينَ ُيخَاِلفُون‬
And let those who oppose the Messengers (Muhammad SAW) commandment (i.e. his Sunnah legal
ways, orders, acts of worship, statements, etc.) (among the sects) beware; lest some Fitnah
(disbelief, trials, afflictions, earthquakes, killing, overpowered by a tyrant, etc.) befall them or a
painful torment be inflicted on them.
[63 [‫النور‬24 ‫سورة‬

۞ َ‫أَ َولَ يَ َر ْونَ أَنّهُمْ ُي ْفتَنُونَ فِي ُكلّ عَامٍ مّ ّرةً أَوْ مَ ّر َت ْينِ ثُمّ لَ َيتُوبُونَ َولَهُمْ َيذّكّرُون‬
Do they not see that they are tried once or twice every year (with different kinds of calamities,
disease, famine, etc.)? Yet, they turn not in repentance, nor do they learn a lesson (from it). [‫سورة‬
126-‫ التوبة‬9]

“ALLAAH is my lord. I love HIM a lot. HE is my friend. HE is my guide. HE

teaches me right. HE teaches me wrong. HE tells me difference in right
and wrong. ALLAAH is my lord. I love HIM a lot. ALLAAH is my lord. I love
