MODELO DE CONVOCATORIA

EL PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE VIVIENDA RURAL-PNVR, de conformidad a lo establecido en el

presente Instructivo, efecta la presente convocatoria para la asignacin de Personal de Ncleos
Ejecutores que ejecutan proyectos financiados por el Programa Nacional de Vivienda Rural -
PNVR, efecta la presente convocatoria CAPNE 06-2017:

A. PROFESIONALES

Para la presente convocatoria se requiere un total de 60 profesionales, cabe indicar que

por cada Ncleo Ejecutor se solicita (01) Supervisor, (01) Residente de Obra y (01) Gestor
Social.
Ingenieros Civiles, Arquitectos Colegiados y Habilitados.
Profesional o bachiller de carreras sociales y o afn al trabajo de desarrollo de
capacidades sociales en mbito urbanos y/o rurales
La cantidad y ubicacin de los Ncleos Ejecutores a ejecutar se encuentran en siguiente

B. CONVOCATORIA
Los postulantes deben presentar sus documentos desde el viernes 14 hasta el martes 18
de julio a las 23:59 horas, indicando en el asunto la regin y el cargo a la cual postula
Para las regiones de:

AMAZONAS, APURMAC, AYACUCHO, CUSCO,

PUNO Y UCAYALI
C. REQUISITOS Y CONDICIONES GENERALES:

Los postulantes debern reunir los requisitos y condiciones siguientes:

i. Contar con ttulo profesional y colegiatura habilitada. En caso de los postulantes a

Gestor social contar con ttulo profesional y/o grado acadmico de bachiller.

ii. Presentar adecuadamente el Formulario de Postulacin (Anexo N 03 en formato

Excel), Declaracin Jurada (Anexo N 04), (impreso y en medio magntico o correo
electrnico) y documentos sustentatorios en un solo documento y en formato Excel
y PDF.

iii. La especialidad de los postulantes debe corresponder a lo establecido en el Anexo

N01 de la presente Directiva.

iv. Declaracin Jurada de idioma local (Anexo N 04-A) en el caso que cuente con los
conocimientos, que es en calidad de preferente para el Residente y Supervisor de
obra y Obligatorio para el Gestor Social.

D. REQUISITOS ESPECFICOS

i. Los profesionales debern estar habilitados en el momento de la postulacin y

durante la prestacin de los servicios de Supervisor y Residente de obra, para los
seleccionados.

ii. Cabe sealar que, para el caso del Supervisor del proyecto y Residente, la
experiencia profesional y especializada se contabilizar a partir de la obtencin del
ttulo profesional.

iii. Para el caso del Gestor Social, la experiencia profesional y la experiencia

especializada se contabilizara a partir de la obtencin del grado Acadmico de
Bachiller o Titulo Tcnico Profesional.

iv. Para las convocatorias en el marco del presente Instructivo de profesionales que
califiquen sern aadidos al registro de desempeo de PNE existente, y los
profesionales y/o tcnicos profesionales que ya se encuentran inscritos en el
registro podrn actualizar su hoja de vida con documentacin adicional; caso
contrario mantendrn su puntaje.
