Marketing Management Project of Nutella Biscuit.
Proposal idea:
We were given our term report for Marketing Management to develop a new product in biscuit category
in an association with any company from the confectionery industry. Therefore, for our product launch
we decided that we would launch our product (Nutella Biscuit)
Objectives:
By putting our customers and their needs first, our objective is to always be leaders in the biscuit industry
and to achieve excellence in hygiene by adopting a 'clean as you go' attitude and in so doing, we shall
work as a team to create a clean and safe working environment.
Users:
Target Market is Karachis people.
Business Strategy:
Karachi based project with the scope of line extension along with market expansion.
