/ Brand Management Executive (Braamfontein)

We are looking for an individual to take up the position of Brand Manager, based in Braamfontein, within a strategy
agency, providing specialised services in strategic communication, brand management, events & activations,
production and media services.

An individual who is open to embrace a culture that possesses a winning mind-set, attitude & approach that is both
positive & constructive focused consistently on excellence in execution & performance.

An achiever with high energy levels and a passion for business success, who is results driven, a problem solver, with
attention to detail and handling of pressure these are the minimum expectations from the prospective candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Financial:
Management of expenses within budget
Timeously create Costings for different Projects/Campaigns and complete production orders as
needed and distribute to finance and creative teams.
Business Processes:
Creative Conceptualization (new ideas/directions for brainstorming sessions)
Acting as an important link between the agency and its clients. Demonstrating an understanding of
client's goals, and organising the agency's creative and administrative staff to help produce effective
campaigns.
Communicating the clients needs clearly to the project team, planning effectively to maximise staff
time and energy, and presenting the agencys recommendations candidly to client.
Writing and speaking effectively, demonstrating leadership experience, and performing statistical
analysis. Accurate Presentation Building and Presenting thereof
Timeous Campaign Planning and implementation from start to finish and following up on actions
taken. It means the effective management of Creative, Media, and Administrative functions within a
particular campaign.
Attending Client Statuses, General Media Meetings, and Creative Sessions.
Research and planning: Market, Industry, Digital and Media Consumption Research, consumer
psychology and behaviour, brand-sales history, competitive sales and customer information,
consumer demographics, and much more. Using this information to determine how the agency can
leverage a brands strengths in a strategic and creative approach.
Create strong client relationships and use this to generate new client campaigns and new business
for the agency.
Customer Service:
Accurate & timeous feedback and support to Stakeholders
Utilizing network opportunities resulting in new Business and Relationship building
Learning & Growth:
Positive teamwork, self-management and alignment with group values
Own & team performance: Actively monitoring and meeting targets as set out in the performance
contract
Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
