Special Hospital Area of South Sulawesi province (guided by Jukarnain and Jusuf
Armon).

Skizofernia is a group of psychotic disorders, with the basic disorder in

personality, typical distorrsi on the process of thought. The purpose of this
research is to know the factors of schizophrenia patients treatment Compliance in
Special Hospital Area of South Sulawesi province. This research using design
research with Cross sectional design. The number of samples in this study i.e. 37
patients of schizophrenia in a hospital Area of South Sulawesi province-specific
Research using the technique of Accidental Sampling namely sampling taken by
accident. Based on the results of research using the Chi square test in earned value
p = 0.00 variable stigma family, the value of p = 0.03 for variable family support
and access to medical services in earned value p = 0.03, where there is a
connection between the family stigma, family support and access to medical
services with the patient's medical treatment non-compliance. So expect to
families in order to eliminate the perception of wrong against sufferers of
psychiatric patient soul that could be accepted in society and family life, as well as
providing care and support to patients such as dropping off patients medical
treatment, advocating taking medication on a regular basis, and support the
economy.
