Right/Wrong answers: Will there be right/wrong answers to these questions?

Yes No
Mixed (Some will have correct answers, other will not.)

Immediate corrective feedback: Will you pre-select correct answers to some of all of the questions and
display correct response to the class after the SRT activity?
Yes
No
Why or why not? This will help the class review the right answer.

Describe what will happen AFTER the SRT activity? Teacher will then give each table a shape and they will
individually draw the shape on the paper.

How will the data be used? This data is used for review. They will do the matching a few days of week. This
SRT is not for a grade but for review to prepare them for a test. Parents will be able to sign on at home and
review with child at home. Teacher will provide this SRT for a homework assignment too. If the class is
getting the questions, the teacher will make different questions around the same content.
Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. Im hoping that the students will be able to identify all
shapes by just naming the sides. They will also be able to identify the shapes by looking at them.
