En la tabla N01 se muestra que la categora es 3, la cual es menor que 4; por lo que el
instrumento de medicin para medir la partcula no es el adecuado. Esto no significa
que el error de medicin sea pequeo, pues como se aprecia en la tabla N02, el error
de medicin representa 35.57% de la variacin total observada. De acuerdo con la
interpretacin de estos ndices, el sistema de medicin del tamao de partcula tiene
una calidad inaceptable (es decir, su error de medicin es muy alto); por lo tanto, se
debe mejorar la precisin de este sistema. Sobre esto, el componente de R&R donde
con el tiempo hay una mayor oportunidad de repetitibilidad.

CONCLUSION

El operario necesita recibir mejor capacitacin sobre como usar y leer el calibrador,

las calibraciones en el calibrador no son legibles

se necesita un adaptador que auxilie al operador a usar adecuadamente el instrumento
