Project : Construction of a New Buildings with Three Stories to Enhance Administration,
Accommodation and vehicle parking at Special Task Force (STF) Head Quarters
Subject : Request to clarify the Ambiguity of new architectural drawings in order to update
the construction drawings.

Based on the new architectural drawing no C809/556/ARU/AR/PS-01 provided with memo dated
05-04-2017, followings issues to be clarify.

1. Here I have attached the updated drawings based on new architecture.

2. Please advice on the new peripherals drains channel requirements which is not included in
BOQ (is it collecting the surface water too?) , (near Grid line A &C) in order to determine its
depth the drain and bottom slab structural thickness then to bury the waste and sewer pipes
underneath of drain channel from toilet vertical stack to near manhole.
3. Exiting/ constructed near manhole infer depth and details. However we have its layout
drawings attached with these documents but we need to know that manhole status now in
order to determine the underground pipe bury level. Please send us the CI drawings of
manhole networks/ send me the status of this project has been discussed as construction of
man hole will be under extension 2 project.
4. Please provide the structural slab/ architectural CI drawings to determine the bathroom area
slab thickness & to make the decision to lay the pipe whether concealed in slab or hanged
underneath of soffit.
