TERMS/CONDITIONS
1. Price quoted is FOB our plant, FFA.
2. Taxes are not included.
3. This quotation is firm for acceptance for sixty (60) days, and is based on receiving a mutually
acceptable contract within this time frame.
4. Payment terms: Due upon receipt.

Repair prices are based on free and clear access to the work area without
interference from other trades or contractors and all work can be completed in one
project trip, during normal working hours. Additional mobilization due to customers or
contractors request will be additional. Overtime or Sunday installation will be additional
