The Hostel authorities have already assigned room to the holsters but for the tracking and benefits to students the
students have to fill the hostel registration form.

If you have filled all the entries in the admission profile then 90% of the data will be prefilled in this form and you
just need to verify them and submit the form

You are requested to fill all red asterisk marked entries and uploads. If you do not have any local guardian then
remember to upload your father photograph but do leave empty. The hostel authorities decision on visit to local
guardian depends on this detail only.

Admission Profile
After Admission in IMS Ghaziabad your profile in the Admission Profile module is the final authorized data that
is being used by IMS Ghaziabad and also provided to the government authorities ( AICTE & MHRD).

Since some data might be incomplete and some data might be incorrect so we request you to please update your
