1. SPREADING
The rolls should be selected according to shade, shrinkage and width wise by the quality personnel. It
should be done prior to the spreading.

The information about the selected rolls should be given to the fabric store, so that they keep the rolls
in advance and there will be no delay in the operation.

The brown sheet should be laid by the CAD personnel.

5-7 Rolls should be bought collectively at one time.

The helpers who bring the rolls to the spreading table should open the rolls and keep in the same
direction in which the spreading is taking place.

The spreaders should be given a target that could be achievable so that the pressure is not put on the
spreaders.

The marker should be laid immediately after the spreading is completed.

CUTTING
SOLID FABRIC

The stickers should be printed before the spreading and then it should be pasted directly.

Straight knife cutting should be done in a group of four.

The small parts should be given immediately to the band knife cutters.

CHEK FABRIC

The stickers should be printed before the spreading and then it should be pasted directly.

Straight knife cutting should be done in a group of four.

All the parts should be given immediately for Relay

RELAY
Numbering Should be done

Matching and pinning of parts should be done in a group of two

Write the no. of parts pinned by the worker on the book

Give the respective parts to straight knife cutting operator and band knife cutting operator

POCKET MARKING
Take the desired hard pattern of the style or by laser

Place it correctly on the panel

Mark all the points required

Use the drill machine (If required)

NUMBERING
Open the parts came from cutting

Number the parts

Close the bundle

Write down the start and ending number on the register provided with style no. mentioned in it.

Match the no. of lays with the total numbers (Ending no.-Starting no. +1) they have entered on the
bundle.

QUALITY CHECKING
Check whether numbering is proper

Check the pocket marking

Check the measurement

Check the edges of the panels (If found any discrepancy, send it to recutting)

Write down the information in the register.

BUNDLING
It should be done in a group of three.

Check the desired lot no. and style no.

Check the starting number and the ending number written on the label

Take the parts having the desired number

Make a bundle.

FINAL AUDITING
Take the desired hard pattern of the style

Check the number of parts written on the hanging sticker with the number of parts present in the
bundle

Check whether the number written on the panels match or not

Place the hard pattern on every panel

Make the bundle and send it to the cut part storage area
