Penerapan Manajemen Kasus Lansia Di Komunitas Rw X Kelurahan Surau
Gadang Kecamatan Nanggalo 2017

ABSTRAK

Insomnia merupakan gangguan tidur yang paling sering dialami oleh

lansia. Pada pasien kelolaan didapatkan belum optimalnya perawatan dan peran
keluarga dalam perawatan lansia dengan insomnia sehingga diperlukan
penanganan dan asuhan keperawatan yang tepat dan berkesinambungan. Masalah
manajemen kasus di komunitas yaitu ketidakefektifan pemeliharaan kesehatan
kepada lansia RW X Kelurahan Surau Gadang Kecamatan Nanggalo. Tujuan dari
laporan ini adalah memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang
komprehensif terhadap pasien dengan insomnia serta mampu menerapkan
manajemen kasus pada lansia di komunitas. Laporan ilmiah ini menggunakan
metode studi kasus, sedangkan asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan menggunakan
pendekatan proses keperawatan. Hasil akhir pemberian asuhan keperawatan
terjadi penambahan pengetahuan keluarga tentang perawatan insomnia serta
bertambahnya kualitas tidur lansia dengan dibuktikan peningkatan hasil PSQI dari
15- 11. Hasil akhir manajemen kasus di komunitas pelaksanaan penyuluhan
terlaksana dengan baik. Saran dari laporan ini adalah agar petugas kesehatan
mengoptimalkan pelayanan dan dan pemeriksaan kesehatan pada lansia yang
berada diwilayah kerjanya.

Family Nursing Care at Elderly Ny. D with Insomnia and Implementation of

Elderly Case Management In Rw X Community Surau Village Gadang Sub
District Nanggalo 2017

ABSTRACT
Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder experienced by the elderly. In the
managed patient is not optimal yet the care and the role of the family in the care of
the elderly with insomnia so that proper and sustainable nursing and nursing care
is needed. The problem of case management in the community is the
ineffectiveness of health care to the elderly RW X Surau Gadang Village,
Nanggalo Sub District. The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the
implementation of comprehensive nursing care for patients with insomnia and
able to apply case management to the elderly in the community. This scientific
report uses case study methods, while nursing care is given using a nursing
process approach. The final outcome of nursing care resulted in the addition of
family knowledge about insomnia treatment as well as the increasing of elderly
sleep quality with proven improvement of PSQI result from 15-11. The final
outcome of case management in the community of extension implementation was
done well. The advice of this report is for health workers to optimize services and
health checks on the elderly who are in their work region.
