6. APPLICATION INFORMATION (APPLICATION FEE (Non refundable))

1. Application fee of Tsh. 20,000 for Certificate and Diploma applicants and TZS 50,000 for Bachelor
degree applicants is payable to THE INSTITUTE OF FINANCE MANAGEMENT CRDB BANK ACCOUNT
NUMBER: 01J1042984102.

2. Your advised to submit the pay in slip to Block A 3rd floor room no. 320, where you will be issued IFM
receipt of payment. Your form will not be processed without application fee.

3. Application fee is non refundable application this means application fee once paid will not be refunded
to the regardless of the application stage.

4. Applicant is required to return a completed admission form, together with copies all relevant academic
certificates and a copy of application fee receipt to the admission office before deadline.

5. This form should be returned on or before 31st July, 2017.
