MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

COMES NOW the accused, by herself, unto this Honorable Court,

respectfully alleges that:

1. The accused has been charged before this Honorable Court for
estafa and consequently, a warrant of arrest was issued against her and the
bail for her provisional liberty was fixed at P20, 000.00 for Criminal Case
No. 4591 and P30, 000.00 for Criminal Case No. 4592 ;

2. However the accused cannot post bail in the amount fixed by the
Court considering that she has no other means of income except her
employment with the local government unit of Dupax del Norte, Nueva
Vizcaya. Although the accused is presently employed at the local
government unit of Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya, she is only receiving
less than P1000.00 as her net monthly take home pay as the rest of her
monthly salary is automatically deducted and directly paid to and
received by her creditors;

3. The possibility for the accused to flee is nil considering that

accused/movant Lyn Rose Cambri has a family to attend with.

4. With this predicament, accused begs the Honorable Court to reduce

her bail bond.

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed

that accused be allowed to post her bail bond for the above case at a
reduced cash bond of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for Criminal
Case No. 4591 and FIFTEEN THOUSAND (P15, 000.00) for Criminal Case
No. 4592. Other reliefs just and equitable in the premises are likewise
sought.
