completion.OverthedurationofourtimetogetherMariademonstratedanimpressiveamount
oftenacitywhenoneofherprojectswasnearlydestroyedbecauseoforganizationalred-tape.
Skillfullyshefoundawaytomeettheneedsoftheorganizationandrespecttheirneedswhile
atthesametimedevelopingaprojectthatwasinterestingandwelldesigned.Mariacouldhave
veryeasilygivenupandpickedalesserprojectforthesakeofjustcompletingtheassignment.
However,thatsnotherstyle.Shewasdedicatedtoproducingtheprojectshefeltwouldmeet
theneedsoftheassignmentwhilealsoproducingavideoproductthataimedtoenhancethe
experienceofherstudentsinherclass.
