ABSTARCT
In this competitive world the business processes showing their changes within a fraction of second so every one of the
business persons facing challenges from the world as well as customers. So they always try to improve their business
quality of product as well as quality of demand and customer satisfaction also. When they are trying to reach the
customer satisfaction sometimes it will give negative shades at those moments they must find out the business change
points. In this paper Im trying to explaining about Business process changes based on their event logs. Now a day the
business process showing their increasing levels day by day so everyone want to know the business strategies to
increase their business and secure the respective business in this competitive world. So this paper is trying to evaluate
to enhance the existing Drift detection with change process discovery in respective of complex datasets. After detecting
the change points, it is necessary to put them together in perspective. There is other application to derive configurable
models for the process variants. The process variants discovered using concept drift can be deriving a configurable
process model. The study of particular process revels that different levels in ensemble of machines are need to
generalize the both new and old concepts. Based on further study of diversity with different strategies to deal with
drifts, we propose a new online unity of learning approaches called Diversity for Dealing with Drifts (DD) and also
explore how to make secure the environments with less synchronous and show how it can be used to solve
asynchronous Secure Multiparty Computation (SMC).

I.INTRODUCTION
The business Processes may change suddenly or gradually. The drift may be change because of seasonal
influences or someone-of-a-kind (e.g., the effects of new ideas). For the process management, it is very
difficult to find out and understand such concept drifts in processes. By using the Prom process mining frame
work to evaluate the real life event data from Dutch municipality. So here I used the Prom process frame
work to implement the concept drift process in event long data. We have introducing the new concept of drift
s in process mining, i.e., analyze process changes based on event logs. In the initial stage we find the drifts
changes in business process and it wills shows where the drifts gradually decreased as well as it will
highlights. We can view the event longs based on products and time (means yearly or monthly based). So our
analysis observed from the starting point for a new subpart in the process mining domain and there are lots of
challenges that still need to be addressed. We transmit the data to the user by using SMTP server address if
the any other person is trying to access the data that person is called a data leaker.

In our project we implemented the security concept by using SMTP sever so whenever a data leaker trying to
access the data then the data leakers information automatically forwarded to business users though mail.

II.RELATED WORK
The business process is not always related to logically but it has to utilize the resources of an organization
and their surroundings to achieve a defined business outcome. The Business processes can be view from a
number of perspectives, by including the control flow of data and the resource of perspectives. In todays
dynamic market place, it is increasingly necessary for enterprises to streamline the processes so as to reduce
the cost and to improve performance. In addition, todays customers expect more intelligence changes from
organizations to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.
In the initial stage we are trying to dealing with concept drifts in process mining in this we have three
challenges.
1) Change point detection
2) Change localization and characterization
3) Change process discovery

Change point detection: It is used to detect that a process has to take place and the time period at which the
changes are taking place.
Change localization and characterization: in this step is to characterize the nature of change, and identify
the region of change in a process.
Change process discovery: Having identified, localized, and characterizes the changes, and it is necessary to
put these in perspective. There is a need for techniques or tools that exploit and relate these discoveries.
We can differentiate the broad classes of dealing with concept drifts when analyzing event logs
organizations to take quick and immediate actions and avoid any repercussions.
In this paper, we focus on two of the challenges:
1) Change point detection and change localization
2) Characterization in an offline setting
3) Characterization in online setting and providing security.

OFFLINE ANALYSIS: In this offline analysis we cant understand that where the presence of changes
Occurring in a real time. And also the changes of drifts need not be uncovered in a real time. For example,
offline concept drift analysis is to be used for better deal with Seasonal effects (hiring less staff in summer or
providing new offers on before Christmas or provide much more offers on festival seasons).

ONLINE ANALYSIS: In this online analysis is refers to where changes need to be discovered in near real
time. This is a case where an organization would be more interested in knowing a change in the behavior of
their customers or a change in demand of a product and when it is happening. Such real-time triggers will
enable.

III.PROPOSED SYSTEM:
In this we are proposing the topic of concept drifts in process mining. It will work as analyzing that how the
process changes based on event logs.

ADVANTAGE OF PROPOSED SYSTEM

The main advantage of this proposed system is to effectively identifies the change points or detect the
concept drifts in process. And we are providing the security while transforming the data from one user to
another by suing SMTP server. When any of unauthorized people trying to access the process data is called a
data leaker. These data leakers data we send by using SMTP server to secure our process data.

IV.CONCLUSION

In this paper, we are introduced the concept drifts in process mining, i.e., analyzing process changes based on
event logs. We proposed a new feature sets and techniques to effectively detect the changes in event logs and
identify the regions of change in a process. Our initial results show that heterogeneity of Business cases
because of the process changes can be effectively identified and dealt with by detecting concept drifts. Once
change points are identified, the event log can be partitioned and analyzed. In initial step we can consider the
change points with respect to the control flow to discover sudden or gradual drifts .So in our project it will
observe the starting point for new subfield in the process mining. When we transmit the data to user by using

SMTP server address if the proper user is not accessing the data its treated that user as a data leaker and in
that particular time it will send the mail to the respective administrative business person.in future we provide
the security by using FTP and STP.
