Energy Wing of the Planning Commission is looking for suitable candidates for appointment against the
Project RESTRUCTURING, INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTHENING AND CAPACITY BUILDING OF
ENERGY WING. The candidates fulfilling the required qualification and experience as mentioned below

teaching or consultancy or in an equivalent
industrial or governmental organizations
 Experience with energy models, energy audits, or
similar applications.

Demonstrated background in systems or

economics modeling and associated policy
analysis.
Proven ability to work across disciplines related
to government policy and private sector
competitiveness
Strong communication and capacity building
skills
Track record of leading a team of professionals
3 Senior Analyst 2 Masters in Energy related fields or Masters in MP-III 45
(Energy Modeling) Economics or Masters in Modeling and Policy or Standard pay
MBA. (Candidate with Ph.D. will be preferred package for

Minimum 7 years of experience in research,
