We are going to suggest that knowledge plays a role more like suggestion in hypnosis, and resembles

the perspective of sitting around the campfire, so to speak, to use the analogy from Sleight of Mouth.
This means that what one takes to be true at any given time is what one has accepted as true out of a
million other possible viewpoints or truths. Whats more, emotions shift, and since most reason is
predicated on emotion. So rational viewpoints or perspectives are true but mostly baseless, and never
resemble the totality of reality itself.

The split entity fallacy is at the heart of what you figure out during meditation. There is simply no
subjective self having the experience. Rather what seems to be the self is actually the socialization
process and the rehearsal of other characters in our own head, which is where the voices we
internalize come from. This is remarkably similar to the Buddhist doctrine of no-self, coincidentally (or
not.)
