Grievance Period for Editing On-Line CAP (Part-I) Application form for Admission to
LL.B.-5 Year Course post declaration of Provisional Merit List.
Read: - 1) Notice No 30 bearing No 535 Dated 15th June 2017.
2)LLB-5 Revised Time Table bearing No. 636 dated 5th July 2017.
CET CELL had announced the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Time Table for LL.B.-5
Years 2017 on 9/6/2017 vide No. 496 and vide Notice No 30 the form filling date was extended and the
Time Table was revised vide No 535 dated 15th June 2017. The CET qualified candidates filled in the
Application Form (PART-I) from 14th June to 30th June 2017.
CET CELL published the Registration Number wise list of the Candidates on 3rd July 2017 and
the candidates were allowed to Edit their forms on 3 rd and 4th July 2017.
CET CELL declared the Merit List of all CET Qualified Candidates, Candidature Type wise, on
10th July 2017.
It is observed from the Merit list and mails received, that many Candidates have
committed mistakes which can be classified as under: -
1) Filling in incorrect HSC and SSC Marks and/ or HSC/SSC English Marks
2) Mentioning Wrong Gender
3) Not filling in Minority Type
4) Filling in wrong Category
5) Filling in wrong Candidature Type.
6) 71 Special Backward Class (SBC) Candidates NOT MENTIONING THEIR PREVIOUS
CATEGORY
(SBC Category candidates should mention previous category they belonged to)
In view of these facts CET CELL is allowing the LL.B.-5 Registered Candidates to Edit their
filled in Application Form keeping in view their career and future prospects. Due to editing of
the forms, the Merit List published by CET CELL on 10 th July may change. Hence, the Revised
Time Table for LL.B.-5 Yrs. CAP will be as under: -

(First Round)

1) CET CELL has decided to give one more last chance to provide the Grievance Period to such
candidates to Edit their On-Line Application Form (PART- I.)
2) The concerned candidates are advised to visit http://llb5.mhpravesh.in and Edit their On-
Line Application CAP (Part-I) form as per the dates given above if they so desire. It will be
the responsibility of Candidate to edit the Application Form and Confirm the online
application form and Submit it finally. Only Confirmed and finally Submitted On-Line
CAP (Part-I) application forms will be considered for the preparation of revised Merit
List and for Seat Allotment of CAP-Round-I. and II. This may kindly be noted.
3) The Candidates who do not Edit and fill in the form during the grievance period will
then only be allowed to Edit the form before the Third Round. This may also kindly be
noted by all concerned. The revised Time Table due to this change will be flashed on the
website on 17th July 2017. The candidates are advised to Download the New Revised Time
Table, take a print out and read it carefully for further activities

Candidates, Parents/Guardians and the Principals of the Colleges of Law should take a note
of this change.
