Born again Christians have received the privilege of eternally living in heaven
with God by bypassing the judgment of sins. However, the judgment seat of

14 Christ still awaits all Christians to judge our lives here on earth. God is the
judge who will judge everyone based on their behaviors (Psalms 50:6)
At the judgment seat of Christ, we will be judged for saying improper things.
If we judge or mistreat other brothers and sisters in church, we will be judged
(Romans 14:10). If we become jealous or confront one another, then we'll be
judged (James 5:9). If we become prideful, then we'll be judged (James 3:1).
If we cause a brother or a sister to fall spiritually, then we'll be judged even
more severely (Luke 17:2). God's purpose in saving us is not only to save us
from the eternal torment, but also for the glory of Christ Himself (2
Timothy2:10). However, if we actually stood before the judgment seat of Christ
now, what do you think will happen? There will be two types of Christians. One
who will receive all the glory of heaven and sing of joy and the other who will
receive chastisement and face shame.
Therefore we must fight the righteous fight of faith and run to our eternal
destination of righteous glory till the end (2 Timothy4:6-8). We must stay the
course on this path and not betray the name of our Lord. We must be willing to
face hardships and persecutions for the righteous purpose (Matthew 5:10-12).
Jesus persevered through great hardships and entered the glory of God.
Likewise we must persevere through hardships. Those who reject hardships are
like people who are giving up their share of glory from God. We will receive the
glory from God based on how much we glorify Him with our lives. The sacrifices
and battles that we endure for the sake of our
