WORK PLAN AND PROGRAMME

5.2.1 State the proposed location of your Main Site Office, your site organization and the Investors site office
(sketches to be attached as required)

5.2.2. The tenderer must submit with his bid the signed and editable versions of the Graphic Work Schedule (MS
Project) showing times and duties allocated for employees for this Contract. The programme shall comprise:

a brief outline of your programme for the completion of the Works, along with a description of the main
stages / milestones.
an overall Construction Programme and critical milestone bar chart (Schedule of Execution), based on
the stated dates for possession and completion, which is sufficiently detailed to show the Contractor's
sequence of working compatible with the Method Statement provided in the bid. The Programme shall
identify all major construction
Procurement / Material approval schedule. The Tenderer shall indicate on his schedule the latest dates
by which he requires final information to enable procurement of sub-contracts or supplies and the latest
dates by which he requires comments (if any) from Blue Projects on samples and mock-ups.
A Design Programme and Design Approval Programme (coordinated with the Construction Programme)
which shall include sub-contract design and identify dates by which orders are to be placed with sub-
contractors, suppliers, and statutory undertakers. The Design Programme shall indicate the dates by
which information is required to enable procurement of sub-contracts or supplies, as well as a design
review plan.
Resources schedule setting out the level of and the allocation of management to the project for both
pre-and post-contract phases. The following resource schedule shall address the contract participation
of following:

Site Manager
Health & Safety Manager
QA Manager
Programmer / Planner
Structural Engineers
Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineering Supervisor and Coordinator

A schedule of anticipated weekly labor to be employed on the Contract in the form of a histogram
including a statement of working days and hours to be worked within those weeks.
Cash Flow Schedules
Estimated testing and commissioning programme.

The tenderer is liable to keep in the programme the same structure proposed for the BoQ and to add an
additional column, in which to mention the corresponding unique code from the BoQ for all the works
described in the programme.

 In submission of his Schedule, the Tenderer will consider the following intermediate milestones, however
not limited to the below:

Completion of raft foundation

Completion of structural works of each car park level
Waterproofing of basements
Backfilling works
Completion of structural works for each building, every second floor
Waterproofing of the superstructure of each building (faade and terrace)
Start of faade for each building
Completion of faade for each building
Completion of main electric power connections
Order and site delivery of long lead items (eg. equipment, lifts, etc)
Submission of testing and commissioning programme for approval
Start of the testing and commissioning
Permits (Fire Brigade, ISCIR, operational permit) and any other re permitting required
Handover with Authorities
Early Access for tenants for each building (as per defined conditions)
