- Perform and conduct training to quality, environment, occupational health

assessment for all university locations with different scope.
- Ensure and evaluate that the university comply with legal and other
requirements (HSE).
- Conduct and manage the planned safety inspection tours and follow
corrective actions.
 - Provide information about safety control such as personal protective
equipment and engineering control.
- Ensure proper and timely reporting on HSE matters i.e. STOP cards
analysis, Statistics, and record sheet reports, weekly HSE meetings, monthly
HSE meetings, weekly HSE inspection, monthly HSE inspection, etc. and
report other performance indicators as appropriate.
- Assist and monitor the implementation of emergency response and drills.
- Provide guidance on HSE performance reporting.
- Support and advice on proper implementation of QM-HSE Management
System through sound implementation of QM-HSE procedures and
instructions in particular procedures having direct effect on the QM HSE
Management System as follows:
Safe Job Analysis (SJA).
Work permit / Electrical Isolation.
Incident reporting and recording.
