Method
Heat the oil and water phases separately to 65-70C (except Mirustyle, Keratec, Phytessence
Stevia, Perfume and Phenova). Add water phase to oil phase with stirring. At 40C add the
rest of the ingredients. Stir to cool.

Appearance: Flowing white cream

pH: 5.5 Stability: 1 month @ 40C, 25C, 4C, window
