view.

First,whenwemaintaindatainECC,weuploadthedatainmaterialmasterandmaintainalternateUnitofMeasure.

Also,forexample:wehavesalesorderunit,whichcouldbedifferentfrombaseunitofMeasure.

And,allusersmaynotbecomfortabletoseethedatainBaseunitofmeasureinadataview.

Ifyousetthisindicator,forthatkeyfigure,theUoMisalwaysshowninBaseUoM,whichcanbeotherthanPlanning
areaUoM(thiscanleadtoinconsistency),forallmaterials,datacombinationsetc.

So,giventheoptions,wecandecidewhetherwewanttogeneratedifferentselectionprofilesfordifferentUoMs,
maintainusersettingsandworkwithdataaccordingly.Thisoptioncouldbeonetimeeffortingeneratingmore
profilesandusercombinationsbutisflexible.
