(Sura Nisa)

1.If only one daughter then of property to her.

2.if son and daughters then 2 part to son than of daughter.

3.if only daughters but more than one than 2/3 of property to all of
them.

4.if parents are alive than 1/6 to each of parents if children are there.

5.if parents are alive but no children and no brothers and sisters than
1/3 to mother and 2/3 to father

6.if parents are alive and no children but brothers and sisters are
there than 1/6 to mother and 5/6 to father.

7.biwi ki wafat per mian ko if wife has no children.

8.biwi ki wafat per mian ko if wife has children.

9.mian ki wafat per biwi ko if father has no children.

10.mian ki wafat per biwi ko 1/8 if father has children.

11.if man or woman has no parents and no children (kalala) but only
one brother or sister than every one will get 1/6 of property left.

12. if man or woman has no parents and no children (kalala)but more

than one sister or brother than 1/3 of property will be distributed
among them.
