5 Spacer blocks are good quality and sufficiently placed to maintain cover

6 Rebar free of dirt, mud, sand, grease and excessive rust.

7 Provision of incert paltes and other miscellaneous structural Elements fixed before concrete

8 PVC water stop is by approved manufacturer, type, size and thickness.

9 PVC water stop is properly jointed (butt welded) and securely fixed in place.

10 Construction joints, rebates, and chamfers placed at correct location.

11 Surface preparation and application of bonding agent at construction joints.

12 Formwork liner clean and in good condition (if applicable).

13 Formwork dimensions, elevation, alignment and plumb are correct.

14 Form ties, bracing and shoring complete, correct & tight.

15 Electrical conduits, Electrical Cables, ducts & embeds are correct size, type and location.

16 Final wash-down and cleaning complete and ready for casting.

17 Curing materials (water, Hessian & polythene sheet) on site and ready for application

18 Lighting arrangement

19 Adjustable baseplate positioned in hard surface or Wooden Planks
