OFFICIAL VISIT TO LAHORE

BACKGROUND:

The visit was arranged by Mr. Hamza Nazeer of AirAudit to perform Air Audit in an
efficient way made it a source of learning and experience.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

First of all, I am sincerely grateful for this informative and life time experiencing
tour to Lahore. Thanks to Mr. Kamran Rasheed for considering me eligible for this
work. Secondly I pay my gratitude Mr. Hamza who really helped me during the tour
from Islamabad to Lahore and his assistance helped me through this work and I
learned a lot with the help of team member Mr. Adil Mughal.

ACTIVITIES IN DETAIL

15th June 2017:

First day we had to visit to Master Textile. Visited the Spinning and Garment
Section. The Pre-Requisite were already delivered to Master Textile and accordingly
had to plan the following days of working in Textile. We asked them for plant Layout
and on That day we studied the plant layout and the energy consuming areas.

16th June 2017:

By the second day we started working on Autocone, the Spinning department of

Master Textile with accompany of Adil Mughal my team member. Our duty was to
search for leakages with the help of Ultrasonic Gun. We were capable to cover the
half part of Autocone as they were having lot of machine for Autocone.

17th June 2017:

In Autocone area every Machines each and every point was checked for the
detected of leakage. On the Day three, we completed the remaining part of
Autocone and started with the Ring section, Simplex and Drawing.

18th June 2017:

Early morning, On the Fourth Day we had to finish with the spinning department
but we were still left with so we started with Carding, Back Process, Finisher, Trench
and the Compressor Room. So, on the Fourth Day made our great efforts to
complete it up. Mr. Hamza Nazeer somehow managed to make us learn about the
working of compressors and the air network. He guided the usage of Flow
Monitoring Devices (VP instrument).
19th June 2017:

Now, the Garment section was to be considered. In Garment section knitting and
fabrication of garment is done. So there were two Halls for the stitching of garment.
On the Fifth Day we complete upper section of stitching department.

20th June 2017:

On the sixth day, the remaining lower stitching hall was completed for the Air
leakages and proceeded towards the compressor room so that we can end up with
the audit. On the same day we planned to return to home so we booked our seats
and returned home.

SUMMARY:
My visit to Lahore increased my work experience tons of times. By only traveling to
Lahore and returning from Lahore was full of unbelievable events from which I
learned a lot.

After approaching there, I along with Mr. Adil Mughal and Mr. Hamza Nazeer and
by their guidance, I started my work and learnt a lot regarding Air Audit history and
the value of AirAudit Service. After that on plant Mr. Saad and Sir Kamran Rasheed
Helped me to increase my skills of attaching the Flow monitor. We worked as a
Team side by side and helped each other and achieved our target. With the Help of
this team we managed to complete our task with in a brief time.
