ENGL 1301: Fall 2017 Syllabus

Students are responsible for keeping up with all assignments on the syllabus. The instructor will not remind students
of homework assignments in class. Any reading assignment that is missed will be taken into account as part of the
homework/participation portion of each students grade.

Please note that the Homework/Assigned Reading(s) column is the assignment for the following class period. For
example, pages 912-915 of a text appears on the 8/29 date; therefore the reading assignment must be complete by
8/31, the following class period.
