1. Objective
A modified and employee friendly policy that helps employees experience our existing products / services/
special tariffs, which results in enhanced sense of pride, brand connect, ownership and resource enablement in
line with the Organization's vision and thrust areas.
2. Applicability
All on-roll, employees of TTL as well as consultants & Trainees with prior approval from the respective function /
business head
3. Activation of connectivity
An employee has to make a request in the e-process system for connectivity to all Employee Telecommunication
Devices which will be processed by Local FMSS team.
4. Devices
a. All employees are entitled to reimbursement of maximum 2 official devices (mobile, data/dongle, Walky, Wire
line) within the total eligibility detailed in Annexure A.
b. Eligible employees may purchase Device/s as per eligibility & claim reimbursement upon submission of original
invoice, every 3 years.
c. Any employee leaving the organization within 3 years from the date of device reimbursement, the
proportionate reimbursement amount (as per Annexure A) will be deducted from the full and final settlement.
d. Separate company provided residential phone connection (Walky) stands withdrawn. All existing company
provided connections will be phased out by Mar 31st, 2014
5. Tariff Plans
a. All employees are allowed a maximum of 2 official connections from the available product offerings (mobile,
data/dongle, Walky, Wireline). Existing additional connections, if any, can be surrendered or be retained in
personal capacity.
b. Employees can choose from any of the available post pay plans in the market for the respective product.
c. Activation charges will not be applicable for the two official connections held by an employee
d. Employees are required to transition to the market tariff plan of their choice. Existing Employee tariff plans
for official voice and data connections as well as personal connection will be withdrawn.
6. Usage
a. Employees are free to choose any of the prevalent market plans and the usage reimbursement will be as per
the eligibility given in Annexure A
b. Any amount over and above will be deducted in the consequent payroll month.
7. Exceptions
Any exception to the policy will need to be approved by the Executive President HR.

Annexure A

Note:
Usage eligibility applicable for all services voice, data, VAS etc
All costs inclusive of taxes. If the actual is less than the reimbursement entitlement then the actual will be reimbursed.
All Trainees / Consultants to be aligned to the specific grade to avail the benefits of the policy
The reimbursement on monthly usage will reflect in the bill of the employee

Deduction in case of employee leaving before 3 years from the device reimbursement

Note:
No deduction for a retiring employee.
