1. FRONT OF HOUSE
Penny rounding is now an option within CP. The setting can be found by navigating to CP > Global Settings > FOH
2 > Penny Rounding
There are tick box options to both turn on penny rounding in FOH and to turn on functionality in FOH that
informs you when "Penny Rounding" is being used. Additionally, there is a text box that allows you to determine
what the rounding figure's description on the receipt will be. Finally, you will see there us an option to select a
"Rounding Inventory Item". The inventory for penny rounding is set up like any other inventory. For the
inventory to pull through to this selection, it will be need to set up with an Item Type of "Admin". This
functionality allows any rounding that FOH does to be linked to a specific inventory item and enables penny
rounding can be reported against.
For configuration, the penny rounding options will be available on the Cash Tender Type.
Once selected, you will be able to choose which rounding option you would like and the nearest figure to round
too.
2. MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT
When a member's email address is linked online, it will now no longer be editable in Membership Management.
The email address will need to be unlinked from the online profile before it can be edited.
2. VSO # 50018 FORWARD BILLING TO SHOW MONTH IN HAND
If configured, month in hand credit will now be shown in forward billing when a termination date is set against a
member.
3. CONTROL PANEL
Ordering POS buttons can now be done without having to re-order multiple buttons when adding a
new/removing existing buttons by using the up and down arrows within POS Layout Scheme.

MANUAL DISCOUNT
In club, group and global settings (POS tab) there has been an option added to turn on a password prompt when
a manual discount is applied in FOH.
4. ACM
Gate access can now be configured to allow people associated with a specific vicinity (postcode) to either gain
entry or be denied entry.
To turn on Vicinity Access, check the tick box that can be found within Control Panel > Global Settings >
Additional 2 > "Enable Vicinity Access Rule". To create a vicinity navigate to CP > Data > Vicinities... Select "New",
this gives you the option to give a name and description for the Vicinity.
As you can see from the above, you have the ability to set different postcodes to the Vicinity. The postcode must
at least contain the area code to work, I.e. "YO1". More than one postcode can be used. The postcodes entered
at this point will be those that link through to the postcode field in MM to determine whether the individual
swiping is granted access or not. Access through the gate is control by ACM and the set up for this is shown
below.
Within ACM Navigate to Vicinity Access. This is located within Configure Behaviours > Behaviour types > Access
Control > Member-Based Access > Vicinity Access.
Highlight Vicinity Access and then select Add Behaviour. The behaviour is configured just as any other within
ACM. The Parent Behaviour pulls through from the Vicinity set up in CP for which postcode you would like to
give access through the gate.
Once the behaviour has been configured, you are able to attach this to a gate. Navigate to Location > Select Club
> Select Gate and then click Configure Behaviours.
The Vicinity Behaviours are found under Access Control > Member-Based Access Tokens > Vicinity Access
Tokens. Just highlight the token and click add. The token will then move into the "Selected Behaviours" box as
shown below.
When a member now swipes at the Reception gate, the system will check MM to ensure the postcode linked to
the member is the same that falls under the specific vicinity that is linked to the gate in ACM.
5. ONLINE SERVICES
When a session is purchased within Online ticketing, the maximum amount of tickets available for the relevant
session is 20.
The login failure message has been updated, and reads as follows "The username or password provided could be
incorrect or your password may have expired"
7. EVENT MANAGMENT
Cancellation fees may now be configured for when a rental is cancelled in Back Office. The fee can be waivered if
you have the security token EM_ALLOW_WAIVE_CANCELLATION_CHARGE.
If a deposit has been paid, this will be refunded.
Events may now be searched for and processed in bulk using a checkbox system and an "Edit Events" button.
There is an option to select/de-select all per page.
Events may now be moved in bulk. Conflicts are displayed in a summary before a move takes place. You then
have the option to skip the event move or make a request. Any events that aren't conflicted will be moved to
the selected time when the Move Bookings button is clicked.
4. VSO #47779 PREVIEW EVENT MOVE IN BULK EDIT
When moving events in bulk, a preview is displayed with a list of the events and their statuses. This will highlight
conflicts that may occur if an event is moved.
5. VSO #47778 SELECTING TIME CHANGE FOR EVENT START IN BULK EDIT
When moving events in bulk, a set of input boxes at the bottom of the Edit Events modal will allow you to move
the event either forward or backward by a number of days, hours or minutes.
6. VSO #44205 OPENING LAYOUTS TO BOOKING SEASONALLY
Seasons and Season Types can now be added to the database and assigned to Layouts so that they may only be
booked within specific times.
Members that are auto booked from a waiting list must have an online account. Those without online accounts
will remaining on the waiting list if a place becomes available, even if they are at the top of the list.
8. SPORTS COURSES
When using the competency tab in the Sports Courses Application, you will see it now shows the full description
as entered in back office.
9. TASKS & CUSTOMER MANAGMENT
A salesperson can now be amended when you want to Upgrade or Renew a member within Customer
Management:
