ABSTRAK

ANDI MIFTAHUL JANNAH MUNIR. Hubungan Pemberian Asam Mefenamat dengan

Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien terhadap Rasa Nyeri sebelum Pembedahan Gigi Molar 3 di
Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut(PPKGM) Tahun 2017 (Dibimbing oleh
Chusnul Chotimah dan drg Ilmianti M.Kes).

Latar belakang : Prosedur Ekstraksi gigi merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak
perawatan gigi yang dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut. Tindakan Ekstraksi gigi
merupakan salah satu tindakan medis yang membuat pasien nyeri. Pemberian analgesik
berupa asam mefenamat merupakan salah satu pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan
pasien ketika pencabutan sedang berlangsung sehingga pasien tidak merasakan nyeri.Tujuan
: Untuk menganalisa hubungan pemberian asam mefenamat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien
terhadap rasa nyeri sebelum ekstraksi gigi molar 3 di pusat pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan
mulut (PPKGM)Tahun 2017. Bahan dan Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat
observasional analitik, yaitu menggunakan metode cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah
pasien yang melakukan pembedahan gigi molar 3 di PPKGM makassar tahun 2017.
Pengambilan data primer yaitu pengisian kuisioner tentang penilaian tingkat kepuasan pasien.
Analisis statistik menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan uji chi-square
diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 artinya p < , ( = 0,05), dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho
ditolak. Kesimpulan : ada hubungan pemberian asam mefenamat dengan tingkat kepuasan
pasien terhadap rasa nyeri sebelum ekstraksi gigi molar 3 di pusat pelayanan kesehatan gigi
dan mulut (PPKGM) Tahun 2017.

with the level of satisfaction patients against Pain before surgery molar teeth 3 in Pusat
Pelayanan Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut (PPKGM) 2017 (guided by Chusnul Chotimah and
Ilmianti).

Background : tooth extraction procedure is one of the many dental care carried out in the
Hospital the teeth and mouth. Tooth Extraction action is one of medical actions that make
patients pain. The administration of analgesic be mefenamic acid is one of the services to
improve customer satisfaction when patients taking is in progress so that the patients do not
feel the pain. Objective : To analyze the relationship of the gift of mefenamic acid with the
level of satisfaction patients against the pain before the molar tooth extraction 3 in Pusat
Pelayanan Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut (PPKGM) 2017. Materials and Methods: this research
is cohort studies analytically, namely using cross sectional method. The population of this
research is to perform surgery patients 3 molar teeth in PPKGM makassar 2017. The primary
data retrieval namely charging the questioner about the assessment of the level of satisfaction
patients. Statistical Analysis using test chi-square. Results : Based on the test chi-
square obtained the value p = 0,000 means p < , ( = 0.05), so Ha accepted and Ho
rejected. Conclusion : there is a correlation the gift of mefenamic acid with the level of
satisfaction patients against the pain before the molar tooth extraction 3 in Pusat Pelayanan
Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut (PPKGM) 2017.
