Payment of Fees for Academic Year 2017-18

First Year of M Tech / Ph D

Students admitted to Master of Technology (M Tech) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph D) for
the Academic Session 2017-18 should pay fees at the time of reporting to the Institute for
confirmation of their admission at the Institute.

Eligible students belonging to Reserved categories (SC/ST) need to apply online to the State /
Central Government for receipt of balance of fees.

If the Government decides not to reimburse the fees for any reserved category student for any
reason whatsoever, same shall be borne by the students within three weeks of receipt of such
information.

The fees are to be paid online through State Bank Collect portal. Detail instructions for online
payment are enclosed.

FIRST YEAR OF M Tech

Candidates admitted to First Year of Master of Technology (M Tech) courses in AY 2017-18 have to
pay fees at the Institute as mentioned below:

As candidates have made token payment to admission authority, Balance fees payable at the
Institute as mentioned in the last row is to be paid online as per the instructions given using
payment category Fees for Confirmation of M Tech Admission at VJTI
* All SC/ST Students who are not eligible for AICTE scholarship / stipend and whose family
income is less than Rs. 2.00 lakhs will have to pay fees as indicated above and subsequently
they should apply online for receipt of balance fees from GoI. Fees mentioned above is
payable by only those students who are eligible for GoI scholarship.

All M Tech students belonging to SC/ST category who get scholarship/stipend from AICTE shall have
to pay FULL FEES as applicable to Open Category students at the time of admission.

On successful transfer of fees online, take a print out of the receipt and submit the same at
concerned Admission Cell at VJTI on or before the last date of reporting.

using payment category Fees for Confirmation of Ph D Admission at VJTI
* All SC/ST Students who are not eligible for AICTE scholarship / stipend and whose family

Steps to be followed for online payment of VJTI Fees

The fees payable to the Institute are to be paid through STATE BANK COLLECT

Log on to https://www.onlinesbi.com
Home Page STATE BANK COLLECT
Click on State Bank Collect,
Click Checkbox to accept Terms & conditions, then click on Proceed
Select State as Maharashtra
Select Type of Category as Educational Institutions and Click on Go
Select the Name of the institution as

Select the appropriate Payment category as indicated below:

Select options, wherever necessary carefully
Proceed as instructed and Click on Submit
On next screen verify details and click on Confirm
You will be taken to payment gateway, Select appropriate payment mode
Check the charges/commission applicable for selected Mode of Payment
Follow instructions to Print Challan and pay at any SBI branch in Cash
OR
Pay online using Internet Banking / Credit / Debit card
Print receipt online
Copy of receipt (and not challan) should be submitted to the
Concerned Admission cell at VJTI / Department Office.
