Carlsbad United Football Soccer Club/LA Galaxy San Diego 2014-Present
Training sessions consist of three weekly training sessions that work developing individual motor skills for quick
integration to on field performance.
Conducted fitness regimen, conditioning, speed, agility, balance and coordination of each player to improve
individual performance.

Westview High School Freshman Girls soccer 2014-2017


Created practice sessions for 3-4 days of the week with exercises focusing on a single soccer topic to improve
team chemistry,communication, tactics and motor skills of the players.
Created a periodization program for a 4 month season divided into pre-season, tournament , consisting of season,
20 games and 3-4 days of practice per week to avoid injury and improve performance.
Provided fitness and conditioning regimen to bring players up to the intensity of high school soccer.
