I am mad at Pinkerton because he left Cho Cho San. What he did was very wrong and, even
though I dont felt it, I know that it caused Cho Cho San so much pain. Being fooled can hurt our
feelings to the fullest because trust is broken. Trust, as we all know, it is very special thats why its
hard to give on everyone so once we gained it let us make sure that werent going to waste it. We
all know that nowadays, that kind of attitude is can be observed on many. I dont know why they
choose to leave someone for the other one. They dont think for the feelings of the one they left.
Im happy for what Cho Cho San did because she became loyal to Pinkerton even though theyre
far from each other. We should follow that kind of attitude. I wish that everyone should be like
Cho Cho San, pertaining to the loyalty, before it is too late because you dont know that you are
starting to destroy someones lives by the pain youre causing to him/her. Even though I like the
loyalty of Cho Cho San, I strongly disagree on killing herself. NO ONE of us has the right to kill
oneself because this was life was just given to us by God. Let us not kill ourselves even though the
situation is very hard and even though our feeling is fragmented. Lastly, not all who return has
someone that still waits for them.
La Traviata
HEARTBREAKING. That is the word that best describes La Traviata. Even though Im not
Violetta, I felt her pain by putting myself on her situation. To hear unwanted things from the man
you love was the most hurtful feeling ever, its like hugging a cactus so hard. I salute Violetta for
always thinking of Alfredo first before herself. She gave her all love to him but unfortunately he
doesnt understand her, thats the saddest part. We cant blame Alfredo of what he feels
because on his side that really hurts but even though that was the thing he knows, he dont have
the right to say trashy things and embarrass her on front of many people. He should have
listened first on her explanation before he judged her. We people should listen first before
commenting because we dont know what happens and why does he/she did that. If we really
love the person, we are not going to judge them easily. We are going to know what happened
first. However, Violetta has also a mistake there because she didnt explain the true reason to
Alfredo, and it is Alfredos right to know the truth. This opera is full of misunderstanding and
wrong thoughts, and I got rancor though. But in the end, I got mixed emotions, happy because
finally they understand each other but sad because Violetta died in the arms of Alfredo and that
really hurts I know. The mistakes here of the two protagonist should be a lesson to all of us that
we should tell everything they need to know to our loved ones because we dont know what may
happen next and we are not sure if they are going to be on our lives forever.
