Dear Haider Ali,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to advise that you
have been appointed in our employment from 28 December 2016 as Quality Control Manager.
On the following terms and conditions.

1) You will be paid a total salary of Rs. 62000/-(seventy two thousand rupees only) per
month its break-up is as follows.
Basic Salary Rs. 45000
Conveyance Allowance Rs. 5000
Utility Allowance Rs. 5000
Refreshment Rs. 5000
Special Allowance Mobile Rs. 2000
Total Rs. 62000
2) You will be on probation for the period of 3months, which may be extended at the sole
discretion of the co. During the period of probation your services are liable to termination
by either side without assigning any reason and without any notice.
3) By signing this letter, you are bound to work with company for at least one year, in case
of leaving before this period, company will be authorize to take action against this
violation.
4) You will keep informed in writings of any change in your residential address or in your
civil status.
5) You shall be liable to disciplinary action on committing any misconduct which may also
entail dismissal without Notice or notice pay after due process of the matter.
6) You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order, of all
the companys Property & secrets which may be in yours use, custody care or charge. In
case of leakage of any company documents or polices, you will have to face dismissal.
7) Your appointment will be governed by the term of this letter of appointment as well as
relevant rules and regulation and polices of the company in force and issued from time to
time.
8) In case of leaving Factory you will have to inform the management before one month
with proper reasoning , similarly company will inform you one month before in case of
any change in your designation or job status.
9) If you accept the above terms and conditions please sign at appropriate position on the
copy of this letter in token of your acceptance and return us for our record.
