-Nowadays, young people are a very affected sector of the population, especially in

Europe and the USA. This involves problems in basic physical functions such as
breathing and walking, and these effects can not be solved with simple medicines.

- On the one hand, globalization is eliminating the national gastronomic cultures in


exchange for a Western diet based on meats and sugars, known as "Fast Food", which
doesnt have all the nutrients necessary for our body and also causes hypertension and
diabetes. The same happens with most industrial drinks, especially juices and
refreshments, which do not provide the same density as solid foods, are consumed more
in total, and more sugars, more overweight.

-On the other hand, if there is an global effective measure against obesity, this would be
to make young people aware of the importance of exercise, just 20 minutes each day.
The most recommended and simple are running and aerobic dynamics.

-In conclusion, a balanced diet accompanied by physical exercise, is all that any young
person has to do today to forget about obesity.
