Conducting class visits on regular basis
- Monitoring teachers on the exam marking procedures and timely submission of exam
results
- Monitoring students academic progress by analyzing the academic reports of all exam
results on a weekly basis and take the necessary action by talking to the teachers, students
and their parents. All follow up actions should be recorded and documented in students
files and record books.
- Meeting with parents to keep them updated regarding their child(ren)s performance &
progress
- Cooperating with the SLC regarding academic issues (study groups, re-takes, prefects,
shadow teaching, academic clubs, events)
- Conducting weekly meetings with the Director, Heads of Departments, Office Manager,
SLC & teachers (by subject or by grade level)
- Devising a weekly breakdown of duties (weekly routine including class visits, meetings
with teachers, meetings with parents) and submit to the RAQC & the Director
- Completing clearly and accurately the biweekly formal report and submitting it to the
RAQC and the Director

2013 The Sphere Project Humanitarian Charter and Minimum Standards in Humanitarian
Response. This e learning course was help under the supervision of the Norwegian
Refugee Council.

Experiences:
1993-1994 English Teachers with( the Franciscan Sisters School) Teaching the Second
Grade and the Forth Grade ,each class has 25-30 students. I was responsible for the
library of the school.
1994-2007 I was a form (class) Teacher for the sixth, eighth Grades.
Duties:
1994-1997 English Teachers in (Deben Mixed Primary school) teaching fifth and sixth
grade (Girls). Each class has 50 students.
1997-1999 English Teacher in (Leb Mixed Primary School) Teaching the fifth and sixth
Grades (Boys and Girls), joint classes ,each class has 16 students.
1999-2007 English teacher and the Head of the English Teacher Department in (Fatimah
Alzahra Mixed school) teaching English for the First, Second (mixed classes),
Third,Fourth,Seventh,Eighth Grades (Girls only),Each class has 28-50 students.
2002-2004 Teaching Computer skills for the Seventh grade (Girls only) 45 students.
2002-2004 teaching two subjects Computer Skills plus English as a second language.

2004-2005 Be involved in the curriculum development (Student book and Work book)
for the Third Grade.
2000-2005 the Head of the English Department at my school and also the coordinator of
the school teachers of the English Department.
Responsibilities:
1-Responsible for school English activities.
2-Check the standard discipline in the classroom.
3. Check the required teaching objects set by the teacher book are taught.
4-Ensure varies methods teaching techniques and teaching aids are used through
teaching process.
5-Help teachers in developing their techniques in teaching a certain skill.
6-Check students workbook and note book if corrected or not. Write comments if found.
7-Meet Parents who request for interview, to ensure students academic development.
8-Enroll teachers in training courses provided by the ministry of Education.
9-Help new teachers in preparing daily planes and help them set the suitable objects for
each topic.

Duties :
Key Responsibilities
1- Managing the daily operations of a large catch-up centre providing education for
approximately 840 children.

2- Coordinating daily and serving as a liaison between the Program Coordinator,
Program Officer and centre staff on all logistical and operation elements of the
programme.
3- Creating procedures for the day to day operations and activities of the centre;
4- Providing supervision and support to beneficiaries utilizing the youth centre;
5- Coordinating and monitoring the daily work of support staff including cleaning
staff and security guards;
6- Carrying out regular outreach meetings with Syrian support staff

8- Maintaining the facilities of the youth centre including monitoring conditions of

Jordan for both Syrian and Jordanian in Amman , Irbid , Mafraq and Zarqa.
