SCOPE

The group studies the problem in order to know its process and
how it affects the patient`s overall health. We have taken relevant
information on how the problem occurred to after the first surgery was
done (November 7,2016)Care was given to the patient starting December
1,2016 when he was admitted to OR NOPH for a surgery (Exploratory
Laparotomy) until December 3,2016 when we student nurses had our last
day of duty from 7am until 4pm. The patient was endorsed surgical dorm
NOPH after the surgery; we have interviewed and assessed the client
including the significant others. This study discusses also the 12
nursing care plans formulated by the group in order to render enough
care. In addition, laboratory examinations were taken and ordered by
the physician as a baseline to determine the clients status.

LIMITATION

1. The researchers werent able to render nursing care excluding

physical assessment when the patient was endorsed to the ward.
