We are contacting you today to ask if we can request a copy of the Flood Hazard Map, Water Level Data,
Rainfall Station and the Rainfall Intensity Duration Frequency of Brgy. Bucandala I, Imus City, Cavite.

We are fifth year civil engineering students from Lyceum of the Philippines University and we are
currently working on our thesis. We would like to study the possibility of building an earth dam on a
certain part of the Julian River located at Brgy. Bucandala I. Upon learning the feasibility of constructing
the dam, we would then also like to design one.

The data that you will provide us will serve as supporting details for our project, as it will help prove the
