General Terms
T&C for NYE
General Access pass holders may enter the Theme Park on 31st Dec, 8pm onwards.
Early Access, Express Access and VVIP Access pass holders may enter the Theme Park on 31st Dec, 4pm onwards.
Consumption of alcohol may inhibit you from entering rides & attractions. Guest safety is paramount and guests must adhere to the ride operator's directions.
Car & bus travel options are applicable from Mumbai, Thane & Pune only. Add-ons must be purchased only on the web no later than 10pm on 30th Dec 2016.
Car and Bus add-on prices are valid for 31/12/2016 only. Add-on rates are inclusive of taxes. Car rates include applicable Expressway tolls.
All travel packages and offers are provided by the respective travel service provider and Adlabs Imagica will not be responsible for the same.
On obtaining passes, the pass holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the park and voluntarily assumes all the risks.
The following articles are strictly prohibited: Eatables (Including Gutkha, Pan-Masala, Chewing Gum, Chocolate, Chips), Lighter, Knife, Match-Box, Firearms and all kind of inflammable objects,
tripods, selfie sticks, action cameras (such as GoPros).
The management has put all efforts to keep all rides and attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the rides or attractions may not be fully operational at all times due to
technical/repairs & maintenance/electricity or power failure.
No refund in any form will be applicable if any or all of the artists are unable to deliver performance as declared for any reason whatsoever.
Adlabs Imagica reserves the rights to refuse entry to holder of this pass for violations of park rules, illegal activity or failure to comply with any security measures.
Ticket package, rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice
General T&C
Entry Ticket:
Your entry ticket entitles you a single entry to the Park with access to all rides / slides and attractions/ activities in operation on the day of your visit. All other in-park services are charged separately.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-replaceable, if lost or stolen, and will be void if altered.
Re-entry to Park is not permitted after you have made an exit from the Park.
Snow Park visitors must reach the entrance at least 30 minutes prior to the booked session timings printed on the ticket. Each session is of 45 minutes.
Tickets / Packages / Offers:
Tickets must be purchased for children above 3 years of age. A child ticket is required for guests between 3-12 years of age. NOTE: 13th Jan 2017 onwards, free entry will be applicable for children
under 5 years. Child tickets must be purchased for guests between 5-12 years of age.
Senior Citizen ticket applies to individuals who are 60 yrs and above.
At Theme Park, Express Gold ticket allows unlimited times entry to select rides / attraction (viz., Alibaba aur Chaalis Chor, Dare 2 Drop, Deep Space, Gold Rush, I for India, Mr. India, Nitro, Prince of
the Dark Waters, Rajasaurus River Adventure, Salimgarh, Scream Machine, Wrath of the Gods) via the express queue whereas Express Silver allows only single entry via an express queue on the
same day of visit.
At Water Park, Express allows 12 times entries to select rides (viz., Loopy Woopy, Raftaastic, Swirl Whirl, The Screamer, Twisty Turvy, Yell-O, Zip Zap Zoom) via express queues on the same day
of visit.
Adlabs reserves the right to offer different pricing during both non-peak and peak days for different groups including corporates, schools, complimentary passes, special interest groups, elderly, etc.
Prices, offers and days defined as peak/non-peak are subject to change without prior notice.
No two offers can be clubbed together. However, Adlabs in its sole discretion may allow certain offers to be combined.
Multi-Park Tickets:
Each Imagica Multi-Park ticket is valid for a one (1) day or (3) day visit to Imagica Theme Park and Imagica Water Park.
One (1) Multi-Park ticket is equivalent to 1 regular ticket each, to Theme Park and Water Park.
1 Day Multi-Park tickets are valid for entry to both Parks for the same visit date. 3 Day Multi-Park tickets are valid for entry to both Parks for visit within 3 days.
At the Admissions, guests must choose to enter any one of the Parks first. When switching Parks, guests must inform the Admissions team of their intent to switch to the other Park.
Guests must keep their entry tickets for each Park. Staff may require guests to produce the first Parks ticket and the original booking confirmation document when switching Parks.
No re-entry is allowed. Once a guest enters a particular Park, they may not exit the Park and return again in the same day.
Pricing of Multi-Park tickets may vary depending on date of visit. Offers and promotions, unless explicitly stated, are not applicable on this product.
Imagica may, at its discretion, revise, change, remove, or update the product offering without prior notification.
Travel Facilities:
Safety regulations require every ticketed guest (age 3 & above) to have their own seat.
Single pickup point: There will be a single pick up point and drop off point as confirmed at the time of car booking.
Multiple pickup points not allowed: The vehicle will not halt for any other pick up other than the single specified pickup point
Cars for 4 and 6 allow a maximum of 4 and 6 guests respectively. The number of guests is not inclusive of chauffeur as provided by the travel service provider.
Transfer services to the Park are offered through third party Service Providers and Adlabs is a mere facilitator.
Adlabs may, at its discretion, upgrade guests and provide car travel services at no extra charge, if the number of guests availing bus travel are less than the minimum business requirement.
You must furnish (i) copy of the ticket (print-out of ticket confirmation or the print-out of an e-mail confirmation and (ii) identity proof (driving license, student ID card, Company ID card, Passport,
PAN card or Voter ID card etc.) at the time of boarding the bus.
For more information on the boarding or pick-up and departure points, please contact the call centre.
Although, these Service Providers are bound by Service-Level-Agreements you acknowledge that Adlabs shall not be held liable or responsible in case of an accident or untoward incident or any
other damage caused to you during your travel to and from the Park. In the event a vehicle provided to the guest/s breaks down, Adlabs shall endeavour to make an alternate transfer arrangement.
However, in such situations, no compensation of any nature whatsoever shall be given by Adlabs.
Your Belongings:
You and your belongings are subject to security check. We reserve the right not to allow an item Chewing gums and candies
or belonging into the Park. Carts or other wheeled carriers (except strollers & wheelchairs)
Please take care of your belongings. Adlabs will not be responsible for any losses Pets (except service animals)
Following items are not permitted inside the Park: Magic markers, spray paints and aerosol cans
Licensed / unlicensed weapons Lawn chairs and folding chairs
Explosives, fireworks, hazardous material/ chemicals Selfie sticks
Sharp objects like arrow, dart, knife, blade, scissors, pen knife etc
Bags, trolleys, cartons, parcels (except hand bags & baby bags not more than 56 cm x 36 cm x
23 cm)
Food, drugs, alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages (except baby food)
Clothing / Attire:
Please wear appropriate attire whilst inside the Park/s.
THEME PARK: Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted, and shirts cannot be
turned inside-out as a solution. Shirt, shoes, and a bottom (shorts, pants, skirt, etc.) must be worn at all times in the theme Park. Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed inappropriate
by Adlabs. Long hair must be securely tied up.
WATER PARK: Appropriate swimwear, which is durable for use on the water slides/attractions, must be worn. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage to swimwear. Adlabs reserves the
right to evict you from the ride / attraction, and the Park, if your attire is considered inappropriate or offensive. Long hair must be securely tied up. Babies and toddlers, if not toilet-trained, must wear
swim-nappies at all times.
SNOW PARK: Full body clothing is recommended in the Snow Park where temperature is sub- zero degrees. Appropriate jackets, gloves and boots will be provided free of charge with each
admission ticket, on returnable basis, which must be worn whilst inside the Snow Park.
You may buy appropriate swimwear, clothing, socks or leggings from our retail stores inside the Park/s.
Parking:
Vehicles are parked at the owners risk. Adlabs takes no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park and no guarantee is given as to the security of your vehicles in the car
park or any contents. A parking fee applies. No vehicles are permitted to remain in the parking premises of the Park outside the Park operating hours.
Lockers:
Loose items (including neck, wrist and hand jewellery, watches, glasses, cameras, phones, hats, keys and purses etc,) are not allowed to be taken onto the Park and must be left in lockers
provided, although Adlabs accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to such property. At Snow Park lockers are available on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS with a fee of INR 50/-. If you
lose the locker keys you shall be liable to pay a fine of INR100/-. You may carry your mobile / camera in the snow zone with a fee of INR 50/- at your own risk and peril.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the Park, except in designated smoking zones.
Children:
Please supervise your children at all times whilst inside the Park.
Code of Conduct:

Safety Instructions:
For your own safety and to avoid injury, you must comply with the instructions displayed and adhere to health and height requirements posted at each attraction. Due to your height or weight you
may not be able to enjoy certain rides due to safety restraint.
Please follow the warnings and instructions given by the ride operators.
Please be aware of any health risk that may apply to a ride / slide / attraction / activity. This may include: heart problems, back problems, high blood pressure and pregnancy. This can also include
those who have fainting spells, blackouts and dizziness.
Stay seated until the ride comes to a full and complete stop.
Please keep all limbs within the interior of the vehicle. Utilize all safety devices to include safety harness and safety bars.
No eatables or drinks allowed inside the attraction or the queue area.
Seating is available on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. If a ride is full, and you are unable to get on please wait for the next ride.
Please be careful not to push or move ahead of others in the queue. Queue jumping is strictly prohibited.
Please note that you may get wet in some attractions.
Park Operating Hours:
Adlabs reserves the right to change the Operating Hours of the Park/s or rides, slides, attractions and / or activities, and close the Park/s or any part of it temporarily.
Adlabs makes all efforts to keep all the rides & attractions operational. However, it is possible that certain rides or attractions may not be fully operational at certain times. Therefore, you may not be
able to experience a particular ride or attraction on a particular day or time due to technical repairs & maintenance or electricity / power failure.
No refunds permissible if certain ride/s or attractions are non-functional on a particular day, irrespective of declarations of availability made.
Cancellations / Refunds:
Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, and 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if
cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
No refunds are admissible on cancellation or alteration of vehicle bookings.
No-Show: Please note that the Park tickets are issued only for the date as mentioned thereon. These tickets cannot be used on any other date and no refunds shall be given for unused tickets.
Chargeback: Similarly, no chargeback are permissible on unused tickets
Animals:
Animals are not allowed in the Park/s, with the exception of service animals used by the hearing and visually impaired only in the Theme Park and Water Park. However, at Snow Park free guides
are available. Adlabs does not provide kennel services. For the health and safety of your pet, do not leave it in your car for any length of time while visiting the Park/s. Adlabs will call Animal
Services to rescue your pet at your expense, which may also result in prosecution.
Disclaimer:
Adlabs is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage, loss, disappearance, theft, or any other form of alteration, physical or otherwise to your personal belongings. The use of
Park facilities is entirely at your own risk.
You are liable for any alteration or damage, loss, theft, physical or otherwise, to Park property caused by your negligence, omission or non-compliance to any of the rules and regulations of the Park.
You may be photographed / videographed during your visit to the Park and such photographs/video recordings may be used by Adlabs for promotional purposes without any monetary compensation.
