Introduction
Dokumen Functional Design ini dibuat untuk memberikan informasi yang cukup bagi development team dalam
membuat customization form dan programdi aplikasi Oracle. Customization form dan program yang dibuat oleh
development team berdasarkan User Requirement.

Personalized Custom Payment Term dibuat berdasarkan perhitungan Customer,Subinventory + Inventory Item
untuk dimasukan ke Payment Term Sales Order Line.
Defaulting awal Payment Term berdasarkan Payment term di inventory item. Setelah pengisian SO dan pengisian
Subinventory maka Nilai Payment term akan berubah sesuai dengan rumus Customer,Subinventory + Inventory
Item.
1. Calculate payment term di SO line berlaku untuk tipe distributor saja sedangkan supermarket akan tetap
default sesuai dengan payment term yang telah di setting di customer account.
Tipe customer di Customer Account di setting di di DFF Attribute 1 Application Receivables Customer
FS = DISTRIBUTOR
3. Lookup yang telah dibuat di modul OM Setup > Quick Codes > Order Management
4. Rumus payment term di SO = Payment Term Inventory per item + Nilai Description di Lookup ( yang
membaca Location + Subinventorynya)
6. Apabila Location berisi None maka program calculate tidak berjalan, karena Location None
diperuntukan untuk Supermarket.
7. Apabila di SO Header Payment term dipilih 000 maka program calculate tidak berjalan juga karena
customer membayar CASH tidak perlu ada perhitungan payment term.
Program Overview
Lookup :
(R) Order Management > Setup > Quick Codes > Order Management
(R) Inventory > Items > Master Item > Tab Invoicing
Contoh :
Customer Sumber Jaya di Account Location adalah Bogor dan membeli barang AMH Ref 12 x 1000ML
subinventorynya adalah BK01 maka Payment Terms 10 + 15 = 25 hari .
