Ethernet Terminal Box Using Screw-Cage Terminal Blocks

Up to 100 Mbps - Category CAT5

FL CAT5 TERMINAL BOX

1. Description

The FL CAT5 TERMINAL BOX is an Ethernet

terminal box, which eliminates the need to assemble
RJ-45 connectors locally.

The field cabling is installed in clearly labeled screw-

cage terminal blocks. A pre-assembled patch cable is
used for the control cabinet cabling (see diagram
below).

The shield is connected with the DIN rail using the

universal latching foot.

terminal blocks. The individual wires should be twisted

as far as possible up to the screw-cage terminal blocks.

Note: Snap the module onto the DIN rail, which is

connected with low impedance to protective ground.
This ensures the effective removal of interference.
